Huh. I just checked the permissions and they're set for allowing "All Registered Users" to be able to view. ("Registered User" seems to be different from "Group Member," which is a different permission.) I can't make it any more permissive.

Well, if you're interested in organizing this year's Secret Santa, I will be happy to PM you the various administrative posts I wrote for you to use/copy/throw away as you see fit.

I'd volunteer to run it, but I seriously don't think my health is up for anything more than maybe participating.
