I don't mind the boobs, either. I think it would be great to have variety, though. Personally, I don't want a realistic body in my video game (within reason - I don't want ultra-pornstar boobs) - I have that in real life. ( the realistic body, not the pornstar boobs).

Just to be on the clear, Origins boobs are fine. It's DA2 boobs I'm concerned of.

He's not just nice, he's totally swoonworthy when you're a Dailsh elf.  Even some of the Dalish men swoon a little.  Ask Ron.  He'll admit it.

It's weird --he and my DC had the playful banter (equal parts friendly, flirty and sassy) going right from the start, while my CE was not exactly rude to him, but definitely kept her distance and didn't coddle him too much. And trust me, Alistair noticed --my DC got consistent +4s and +5s from the great majority of their conversations with the occasional +3 or +2, while my CE got a bunch of +2s with the occasional +1 or +3. I also think my DC gave him more gifts than my CE did (although the ones my CE gave him were perhaps better chosen). And yet, Alistair's approval of my CE is about 12-15 points higher than it was for my DC at a similar point in the story. Not sure how this happened. My CE did manage to avoid the -1, -3 and -9 "Alistair disapproves" penalties that my DC incurred by picking up Shale, picking up Zevran, and allowing Connor to die (respectively), but that should just make it even, shouldn't it?

Sarah may be right --Alistair may just have a thing for elves.

Lol. I've always said that Alistair loves elves and they love him. Must be his fathers genes, really. In my first playthrough with Lenya  she wasn't exactly nice to him, but still he was head over heals for her, faster than it happened with my HNF before that. Odd but true

And the loud sound you might hearing is me rolling my eyes at the newly created bash Alistair thread over at the DA2 forum. I keep hearing the same for years with Kaidan from Mass Effect, so it's pretty much useless to discuss with them. Also there was a 30 something paged "Why do women like Alistair" thread before in this forum, so it's nothing new (though this one deals with DA in a whole)

I really hope that DA2 allows you to customize your character's body, like NWN 1 and 2 did to a limited extent. So everyone gets a custom rack. That way, everyone gets the boobs they want, and everyone's happy!

I have said before that BW's obvious and bland marketing strategy was an epic fail in my eyes, haven't I? Therefore DA2 and their spartans leave me all cold *gives giggles the DA:O fistbump* Yeah I know me, therefore I will play DA2 in the end, because it's a BW game but I'm supermega indiffferent about it, really.
