A New very small playable mod is out but you should but theres a section where your eyes will be bombarded with the F-word so download at your discretion. 

Its starts off innocently enough







And  this leads you here where it will take to an area where the questionable quest is




This is the quest where I'm not sure whether you have to complete it or not. You will be barraged by the F-word, and it involves sex with demons






But then theres a normal area.....






Its very small and future installments are planned.  The area with the F-word is constantly used in text is just too much.


On the plus scene....there is an excellent area where you can get a cutscene and an awesome shot of your character.  I might use it for a few more characters before I disabled it.




Its called A Tale of Adventure and I just thought I would a post a heads up so people would not  be surprises as I was by some of the content.

I've been a David Mamet fan for a long time, so the f-word doesn't scare me.  But they could use a proofreader.

Did you download it? I am no prude, it just seemed so unnecessary to be bombarded with the word.

I agree... they need a proofreader....badly!!  The spelling errors were horrible.

I'm really enjoying it so far.  I'm about to recruit Jowan.  Cullen's first quest was fun.  I'll be doing the Dragon's Peak one after I finish Redcliffe.

@Tigress - I've got Alistair in my party right now in Redcliffe.  I can't even listen to him!  I have to stay far away from him, if I want to get through this Cullen romance.

never have? Start saving your pennies, Glo, there are some good deals out there now and prices should get lower for some of the cards that do well with the game, but have been replaced by new models.  You can get a radeon 5770 for less than 150 now, which can carry you into DA2, as well.

Melca, when you try the companions mod, read the installation instructions carefully. There's all sorts of files that other mods have installed that can conflict. I just found out from the modder that IA has a file that is preventing me from recruiting Gorim.

storm - i live in a college town. there are no jobs to be found :-p. all my pennies go to rent and chef boyardee and internet. not to mention I'll also have to buy the Ultimate Edition to get all the dlc and such

Well, there are cards that will even be much lower in price, too, Glo.  That didn't quite come out right.  I hope you'll be able to get one at some point, we'll keep our fingers crossed 

Edit:  tup, Alistair went through almost the whole game weaing the panda or the cat hat
