I actually snorted in laughter. Got a strange look from my husband and had to explain. He also laughed. He is also now threatening to join BSN and participate in discussion threads. This scares me. (It is our anniversary today, and he created a thread in another gaming community's forum linking to this video as a happy anniversary.)

Yes, yes it is. It cracks him up that my reaction is "OMG stop playing that! That's awful!" It's the equivalent of pulling pigtails, at this point.

I think he's more obsessed with Alistair than I am, by far.

Edited to add: I don't see anything wrong with the video, it just makes me feel... awkward in some way.

Hello, all.

Thank you so much for your words of support and comfort. I've been catching up on some sleep and domestic stuff here at my apartment and haven't had the chance to comment on here as much as I wanted to, but just wanted to send out a big 'muchas gracias' to you all. I am truly fortunate to have friends like you.

Dad is resting comfortably at the hospital. They're still running tests to determine the cause of the fever but when mom and I visited him this morning he was awake, alert and having breakfast. Mom's doing a lot better as well. The fact that the hospital is only a 5-minute drive from where they live makes it a lot easier for her, visit-wise.
I'll probably be popping in and out of here over the next couple of days but hopefully it won't be too long until I'm back here, instigating saucy challenges regarding superhero-themed underwear on assorted male wardens and especially on a certain former templar-in-training.
