In real life, I do share her sentiments on threesomes/group sex/sharing of lovers. In game, however, I just roll my eyes and think "Right. You happily suggest wiping out a bunch of mages, even the innocent, think sacrificing a bunch of elves for 1 point of CON is a good start, and get pissy everytime I show a flicker of compassion towards anyone, yet you get all pissy and uptight because my warden wants a threesome with a kinky she pirate and an even kinkier Antivan elf assassin? WTF? GET OVER YOURSELF!"

Montreal has an insane amount of snow every year.

I remember that blizzard!  I live up north of Atlanta and at the time, was working downtown.  I left work that Friday evening and headed down south of town to visit some friends.  Needless to say, I wound up spending the weekend with them!  The funniest part was driving home Sunday evening.  The interstate had one lane plowed and it weaved all over the road (looked as if the driver had been drunk although I'm sure it was just him weaving in and out of all the stranded cars).

On the other hand, winter started in November, is way colder than normal, and will therefore be 6-7 months long, so not feeling so lucky. On the other hand, maybe this will take care of thos pesky pine beetles.

That reminds me, I saw a video the other day of Leliana getting really nasty about Morrigan.  I forget what she said, but it was pretty insulting.  I was surprised.  I've never heard Leli be that critical.

yeah, it surprised the hell out of me. It was a serious WTF moment.

I could certainly understand Morrigan disapproving if she was in a relationship with a male Warden, certainly. hell, if I was Morrigan, I'd throw a cone of cold and cast curse of mortality on his willy if he tried that crap on me.

Alistair, by contrast, was pretty apathetic (he was unhardened at the time, and not in a relationship with the warden, either). And I never had Alistair join in on the threesome.. I rather prefer him in his guileless, unworldly state, in that regard.

I laughed hearing the line: "You you were wading through her swamp!" on youtube.

Alistair is very weirded out if you get his confrontation and then pretty much tells you its best to break up with her now.

It's funny you should say "only January".  Coming from Colorado where on average, it snows about 8 months out of the year, by January we'd be sick and tired of it, knowing full well we had at least another four months of white stuff to look forward to!  I saw it snow as early as September 14th and as late as the first week in June while living in Denver.  Hence, why I no longer reside in Colorado.  

And for topicness... I love it when I catch Alistair blinking.  Makes him seem so much more real since I'm excellent at snapping rl photos capturing the subjects with their eyes closed.

I got that line in-game due to an accidental Leliana romance (seriously, I just wanted to talk about Marjolaine and somehow picked a romance trigger). I was nearly in tears with laughter. It's the line and the delivery by the VA. Seriously full of win.

I had to endure the german version for almost a year, than I got myself the UK version of the XBox game, only to hear the original voices...and never looked back. Gawd, I'm such a geek.

True. But Alistair's Chantry-Cherryness and and wide eyed "WOW" factor in matters of sexytime make him an irresistable magnet for evil elves. And the way he freaks out if unhardened, and the threesome is suggested,

I love it. One of the many pluses of an unhardened Alistair on a personal level.

That actually happened to me on my first playthrough where I was romancing Morrigan.  I was only trying to be nice and somehow triggered a romance.  I had to reload and ended up ignoring her for the rest of the game.  And I know, I know...so typical.
