Yes. They are completely incompatible, why would she ever consider him?
I can see her with Zevran. But Alistair really has nothign to offer her, and vice versa.

I don't use that mod, they're just very fond of finishing moves...and almost never decapitate.

Speaking of which, something really annoyed me with Morrigan. Whenever you tell her "get into the tent woman" (probably my most used line in any rpg ever), she often responds by "careful, you'll make Alistair blush". 
Which is triply annoying when I am trying to make her say "hihi never! You'll have to carry me" because it makes me lol.

And so when she says that 5 times in a row, I am like "I don't give a **** about Alistair woman! Say that ****ing line already!!"

Sigh...sorry had to get it out of my system.  
Girls, you just don't mention another guy's name right before!!
