Morrigan: Perhaps it would have been better to feed you to the Archdemon while we were in the Deep Roads. Chewing on you would have killed it and saved us the trouble.



(Zevran, Alistair, and Warden walking a few steps ahead)



Zevran: *looking about, rather confused*



Alistair: Why the look? Do you smell leather in the air?



Zevran: Ah, your sense of humor only grows, my friend. Perhaps there will come a day when someone understands it. To answer your first question, I think we are going the wrong way.



Alistair: *glances around before pulling out the map* I double checked before we left. Oghren said the shortcut would lead us out near Lake Calenhad....



Warden: *facepalm*



Zevran: *shakes head*



Alistair: *turns around, throwing the map at Oghren's face*

Zevran: *retracing steps* At least the view is more pleasant this way.

Anyone can get it, but there's a limited window of opportunity. You can't have started the romance at that point, and you approval can't be more than something like 30. I like to take a break from getting the village prepared and have that convo. Partly because I think it would be on my PC's mind too much to wait until the undead were defeated and we could go back to camp, and partly because I like to have most of the conversations out on the road. It feels more like we're all really working and travelling together. And I'm usually pretty borderline on having too high an approval to get it.

I like to alternate between getting that conversation and not having Alistair in the party in Redcliffe at all and find out about him in the conversation with Eamon. That's fun, too.

LOL! That's like me with Leli... it's like by default she's the first party member to be selected.

Although I suppose you could simply enter Redcliffe without him and then add him to the party after that, that way you'll avoid his confession.
