Yea what the hell is up with that? Sten and his companions weren't all horned and neither was the merchant in Awakenings OR any of the OTHER qunari mercenaries I killed in the game. The new Qunari remind me of WoW's Draenei race (without the hooves). I guess it's going to be a case of like in Star Trek with the suddenly all bumpy Klingons "Something we don't talk about"

Maybe the qunari who leave their homeland are required to file them off. That would explain the sour disposition too?

According to DG, I think, some qunari are born without horns and those that leave Seheron or go against the Qun like the merchant in Awakening and possibly the mercenaries ecountered remove them as a symbol of turning their back on qunari culture.

Thats actually from the "Players House" mod on Nexus. You get a little house. It has a butt load of storage chests, some cages to lock up your companions, and a bed so that you can "rest".

Yes, definitely, he should not be having this conversation in front of the others!  I'd like to see a little more emotion out of him.  As I recall, he was too business-like.

This will be a tough one.  Some wardens might need comforting.  He might need to protect himself from others.
