The facemorphs in DA2 of Origins characters are unforgivably grotesque, with only a handful of improvements (such as Isabella). I just saw a cameo of Zevran, and was rather offended. His voice and persona are still there, but like elves in general of DA2, his facemorph is an insult.

Alistair is sad about what they did to him in DA2. 
I'm almost happy about my blood mage putting him out of his misery. Almost.

He sacrified himself to save my canon mage, which was an ending that makes me teary eyed. But in a good way. Not like Cammen-stair of DA2 makes me weep with rage. At least my canon Alistair has been spared this indignity, and got to go out in a blaze of glory, his memory forever shielded from the crackheads in Bioware's "new and improved" art department.

Oh, I'm just being loud about it because BW won't patch it unless enough people know about it and complain.  Mods are good but they don't help people on consoles.  I have a feeling the LIs stories are not completely over, which is why it needs to actually be patched!

I love the ****storm that is breaking over Bioware atm. Honestly it isn't even due THAT game (for me...haven't played it yet, so I reserve my final judgement about it) it's the whole crappy bullocks about Day one DLC, the extrem item pandering, the "game was rushed because EA wanted to profit from DA:O's success"- statement, the account thing, the SECO-ROM debacle (if true) etc, etc.

I wouldn't be surprised if a ****-load of DA2 DLC is yet to come..... to cash in teh AWESOME moneyz *ka-ching*   <_<

So all in all, it was an eye-opener for me.

Thanks for the heads up! Not that the Origins LI stories are my priority in this game. Izzy and Merrill are the only thing that I care for right now, at least where my Ciera Hawke is concerned.

And for a refreshing change from all the snarkiness going on in this place, here's someone who's loving DA2 and Drunkenstair! Short cameo but oh so delicious.

Blah that sucks! I was about to import my Amell again to replay Caira because I messed up alot the first time through. And even modders can't fix this with no toolset.  So Bioware really needs to get a patch going that fixes this issues AND the "spared the architect" issue.

Edit: I saw King Alistair, and really didn't think it was THAT bad but maybe it's just my video settings or something. The skin texture was different, and a bit wider but it looked better than the screenshots I've seen.
