Wwo, I;'m only the Deep Roads with my first character! Then again I have spent a lot of time in wandering about and doing as many side quests as possible. and I redid a few bits due to bad decision making. I'm hoping to romance Anders with my warrior who mostly uses direct/nasty dialogue choices with a few of the others thrown in but I've noticed that I have to be less harsh than I would like to win over Anders whe it comes to mage issues - using Bethany as my excuse for that! I should perhaps have saved Anders for the good mage I was planning - oh well, we'll see how it goes - I may pick Fenris instead.

On an on-topic note, my meeting with drunk Alistair was cool but made me sad. It will be good to see him later on as king via a different character.

I was on spring break this week so I played as much as I possibly could before it ends tomorrow. Once my classes pick back up no more time for marathon gaming. Maybe a little but not much.

My take on this it that it's British humour, infantile but it's usually what you call someone when you love them very much but you want to make light of your dependence on them.

Errr ok but there is, in fact, a  problem with romance flags on import. It says "made love" but doesn't count the romance at all.

In the PC read me file it list known bugs, one of which unfortunately is
that saves from DAO do not import properly. Looks like they have the
same bug for the xbox as well. What is even more disturbing is that it
also says that decisions you make in DA2 early in the game also don't
flag properly.

Edit: I'm hoping since its in the readme file they are working on a patch and will have it out asap.

And thats for MAJOR plot flags, such as Architect choice and DR. I can't find the thread where the player actually LOOKED at the flags in an imported save but they weren't working correctly at all. Which is bad enough with the Alistair cameo, but it really sucks for a fully romanced Zev appearance, or the Morrigan fans that have already had tons of issues with Awakening, then WH, now this? Maybe Alistair's is ok, maybe it's not but I'll hold of importing any of my real wardens again until it's fixed..

I got this from a few different angles, but really none of them alone can convey juuuust how much it looks like he's doing a happy dance. (And sadly this was before I got my super awesome new laptop a few days ago, and was just using the not so great one I was borrowing from my dad, so I know it doesn't look the best...)

I personally liked it too... but then again, I played Social Distortion's "Ball and Chain" at my own wedding for the lulz, so I may not be the best example.

Anyway, just delurking to ask, does Alistair reference a mistress Warden at all in DA2?  He didn't refer to my his Chancellor and lover at all for me.
