@Ely: I surprisingly like the talking PC as well, although it is way too much like Mass Effect for my taste. It seems as if blatantly directly copied in from ME's system. Even the animations and all the stuff is similar. O__o

And have I already said today how much I hate FF.net? No? Okay I hate, HATE HATE it. I wanted to update but a frikkin server error makes it impossible to reach the chapters of my story. (Oddly enough these are just the DA-stories which get that error..the others are working)

So no new chapter for you all on Saturday/today Sorry. Hope they will fix it QUICKLY. Argh.

I first started reading it on FF.net and then went hunting for a post of yours on the forum so I could find the website you actually posted it on and then I reread it because I didnt know there were pictures.

Okay, how did you not know there was an illustrated version? I need to know so I can fix it. Only about half of the people reading on FF.net are going to my profile page to get the link, and I don't know what more to do. I have it in an author's note at the pop of each chapter. Am I just saying it badly so they don't know that the link is on the profile page, or what?

I could see img links in the body of the text, but I knew they wouldnt load in FF... and then I went wait a minute, she has a link on the forums... *follows* AHA! EUREKA!

Yeah, I accidently left the image links in one chapter for a day. They won't work, so I strip them out when I change the html to rtf. Thing is, there's a note at the top of each chapter telling people to go to the profile page for the link. I'm thinking that I wasn't being quite as brazen about it when you were there, though, if you were there long enough ago to see those image tags. I thought they might get mad about me trying to redirect people if I was really blatant, but I discovered it was necessary. A surprising number of people seem to prefer unformatted and unillustrated, though....

Ok, so I redid the Landsmeet, loading from an earlier save where Alistair is present and still part of the team, which was right before Landsmeet. Which I went through again, did the whole thing, executed Loghain, picked Anora, return to eamon's place, cat with Alistair, then leave the estate. Party selection screen comes up: Alisair gone. Missing in camp as well.

Damnit! WTF is happening? Where my lampost licking love machine when I want him?!?!?!?!?!

Maybe Alistair wanted to be king more than he let on.

Something else other than the dog slot may be causing your glitch. It sounds like a flag is wrongly getting set that you spared Loghain. I'd try going back and making him king to see if that keeps the flag from being set. Er,, unless you didn't harden him. That would be bad.

Did you kill Loghain or did Alistair, out of curiosity. Since the flags seem bollocksed, I'd try to do everything that might set an 'Alistair got revenge' flag, including letting him kill Loghain.

Nah. He couldn't stutter his eagerness to renounce his claim fast enough.

More likely he got lost in the Landsmeet chamber, and found out where they stored all the noble cheese, and has completely forgotten about the whole Blight thingy.

It might. It might force the code to go through an if/then loop that will reset your flags.
