It's been a while, so i'm not sure I'm remembering correctly, but the epilogue slide for the "I want elves to be treated fairly for once" boon is different when Anora is sole ruler. If the CE Warden refuses to become Bann of the Alienage he/she can decide who becomes Bann. Under Anora
1) Elven Bann of Anora's choosing is stoned to death by humans OR
2) Bann Shianni is murdered by humans OR
3) Bann Soris marries a human and quits in disgust following the subsequent race riots. He is not replaced.

I can't remember what happens if the Warden chooses to be Bann. If the Warden is dead and Cyrion becomes Bann he survives. Some of these epiolgue slides may be bugged and not show up. I've only personally experienced the "unnamed Bann stoned to death" ending. Thanks, Anora.

There's a lot of privation for the city elves under Anora that leads to rioting (over lack of food) and a crackdown. These riots don't occur if Alistair is on the throne (with or without Anora). This was the thing I regretted most about having my canon CE run off with Wardenstair. It may be possible to avoid some of it by choosing a different boon (for example, to be Teyrn of Gwaren), but I think the riots occur regardless.

I came to a realization just a moment ago.


I hate Dragon Age Origins. Alistair is the most unoriginal character ever. I have broken my disc in half and will never again touch it. Dragon Age 2 rocks my socks.

KoP, it would be an example of the best king in known fiction if the writing, and all the writing in Dragon Age, wasn't so horrible.
