I think in this picture it's not dyed (kind of hard to tell). It looks more blue here.

Xanatosian Pony? Wait, what
His schemes and plans are too complicated for anyone to fathom.
So I must know... does Xanatos watch MLP?

I used the Univesal Dye kit on it. It doesnt change the whole armor color, but it does change some sections. I don't use the tints that come with the kit - I have my own ones that I made. If you're interested, they are on my progect page. The dress my gal is wearing is also tinted with one of those dyes.

Yea, none of the DA2 companions brought the magic like Alistair did, for me.

I just hit Act 3 of DAII. My Hawke is in a romance with Anders, and I got this morph to make him really hot, but I miss Alistair's sense of humor. I don't think Anders cracked a single joke since joining the team, and I take him around almost everywhere. Then again, I shouldn't blame him because the companion dialogue in DAII is really lacking.

I just cannot bring myself to buy DA:2- for many of the reasons mentioned above and far too many more. I am VERY disappointed to say the least. Until something better is released, it is only DA:O for me.

There isn't a lot of companion dialogue. You can't question them about their lives and whatnot but there are many, many companion-related quests which allow for character development. And there's a lot of conversation with other, non-party NPCs. DA2 is a fun game--Not as epic as Origins, true, but it''ll give you a week or two of entertainment. I'd reccomend it.

*Grumble*
I just got to the part where Hawke meets King Alistair. He told her, "You remind me of someone I once knew."
And then he said, "I suppose I should get back to the old ball and chain. Just because she killed the Archdemon doesn't mean she scares me."
...What? My imported Warden died.

But...I don't think he's chunky or goofy/nerdy.... Well, he can be goofy, but in a purposeful, surface way, not because he's inately doofusy. Big, yes. I can go with that.Maria13 wrote...
The Anders thread has put together a nicely winsome FAQ, I am wondering whether we could write something similar for the gush thread.
Here's a suggested sample.
Are you all Alistair fangirls?
Umm, no, some of us are actually 'fanguys' many of us would prefer to be called 'fanwomen' or just 'women', 'men', 'gamers' whatever... Many think of Alistair as just a good friend or companion. Some don't even like him overmuch but still enjoy posting here... Some of us think big chunky goofy/nerdy men are rather attractive and sexy and are not ashamed of the fact... Overall, we are pretty laid back. Doesn't mean there aren't the occasional passionate discussions, though.
