Admit it Z, Pony Geralt looks more badass. Especially when he's blessed with my goatee.

Is that Wynne? What is she doing, she looks creepy
Actually I don't know what she is doing there.
are kinda fluttering up and down without pause. Maybe she wants to be a griffon?
I guess this is due to the mod-outfit she is wearing, though.

Griffon?
Her helpful fairy God Spirit has died, and the spirit of a pissed off dead griffon is taking it's place.

Most likely; lot of the custom armours come without second, simplified model which the game uses for characters farther away from the camera. Without this model the game engine is forced to use the "high detail" model intended for characters close to the camera, but since this high detail model uses different animation skeleton, you get the effect Wynne is showing.Merilsell wrote...

Its really sad, but in my last play through I saved where Alistair comes in with Bethany and the other wardens. I wanted to be like, 'waaah, I wanna be a grey warden too, take me away from here, I hate Kirkwall more than the Arishok, waah' haha. Just admitting a little of my shame I guess.

I miss Alistair. I thought about starting another DA2 game tonight, but I was like, eh, whats the point. I will be lonely, single, disappointed lady Hawke.

That is one of my favorite moments in the game. Even without Alistair, it still has the Ostagar music and Stroud, who has Riordan's voice. On the game where I have a save before that, I get sadface Alistair because in that game my Dalish who romanced him and did the US. "This belonged to the love of my life...but she doesn't need it anymore."
I know he doesn't give you anything in his cameo as king, but does he get a similar line if that happened to the Warden?

Oh my gosh! That is SO sad! Alistair is SUCH a good character. It is awesome that he still thinks about the warden for so long after they're gone. Thats what a lady wants in a guy!
I'm not sure if he does if he is the king. I am kind of curious if there is any dialogue if you let loghain live and Alistair gets exiled. I know that he shows up at the pub in kirkwall, but thats all.

If you mean if there is any dialogue related to the romance in DAO, no there isn't. He does have other dialogue, claiming to be the prince of Ferelden, which prompts some reactions from Isabela and Anders. That is in act 1. In act 2, you can start a conversation with him but Teagan will show up to take him back to Ferelden.
Also, if you click on him after doing his conversation in act 1, he will spout random stuff about the "stupid grey wardens and their stupid taint", comments about how Loghain should've been hanged, and a line about feeling sorry for failing Duncan.
