Yes, and what Rage said. They are just for HF, atm.
It made me unspeakably happy to be able to toss those robes on her at Ostagar, thus avoiding her wandering around the Korcari Wilds in that silly Circle mage robe. And then I sold the (hated) Chasind robes, with no regrets! Yes!

Have you made Alistair blond in this PT? Something about the back of his head looks different (I'm pathetic, aren't I?).

@tsm That is a nice shot. I love the ones in DA2 when you have two mages and they synchronize their staff movements and look like Fred & Ginger ;-)

No, that's the same Alistair morph I always use for the beginning of the game (rak's Light Brown). What's different is that I tweaked my gamma setting just a hair when I re-installed, because a lot of my screenshots seemed to be too dark. So no, you aren't seeing things, and yes, I need to swap his current head out for the next darker one. I'm just lazy.
And the staff animations in DA2 are the main reason my 2nd Hawke is a mage, and my usual party includes both Anders and Merrill. They look like a summer stock production of A Chorus Line when they really get going. Something similar is happening in my other DA:O game, where Alistair and Cousland look like they are doing some kind of weird interpretive dance in battle.

And yes, I'm the demented soul that changes out Alistair's hair halfway through. Some of my PCs will be getting the same treatment, now that I've become more adept at using the toolset. /crazy
And it's Thursday, is it?

Thank you, Rage for the link, and tsm for the heads up! Looks like there's lots of fun stuff in this mod... I can't wait to get home and try it out! It's funny how something as simple as a new set of armor makes me want to play the whole game over again.

Also, I've been looking for the Isabela set for my DAO game on the Nexus, but I can only find the mod that changes the character herself in the game...I'm looking for something that will allow me to equip her clothing/items onto my characters. Does such a mod exist? Thanks, guys!

I messed around with the assets from this mod: http://www.dragonage...ile.php?id=2636, and with some guesswork in the toolset managed to remove a conflict with another clothing mod and then console the the armor into my game and equip it on a Human Female character. For a number of aesthetic reasons I abandoned my efforts (chiefly b/c the model includes the facial piercing and changes the equipping character's body skin tone to Isabela's dusky hue; there is also a "hole" in the chest that would drive me nuts), but I'll see if I still have my files around...

Edited to add test shot. Not sure if the seams on the arm are due to conflict with the body replacer I use, or not.

That's one of the reasons I stopped working on it... poor Amell looked like she was going to topple over, and my back hurt just thinking about her carrying those things around.

I've been viewing a lot of really amazing Alistair fan art and fan comics lately, and one thing that seems to keep coming up in the fandom is that Alistair really loves cheese. I know there's no dialoge like that in the game (I checked the wiki), so I'm just wondering where this idea comes from? Did one of the developers mention it, or was it just a joke that took off?

There are several instances where Alistair mentions cheese, but only once in the context of it being his one true love.
In one of the dialogue paths when the Warden can confront Alistair about his belated birthright revelation (I just did this last night, actually):
Warden: Are you sure? You're not hiding anything else?
Alistair: Besides my unholy love of fine cheeses and a minor obsession with my hair, no, that's it. Just the prince thing.
And apparently, from that one line (and presumably extrapolating a genetic predilection for dairy from the approx. 50 trillion references to Maric and cheese in the DA novels), a million fan arts were born. /snark

It was a cold night. The coldest it had been since the unlikely group of companions had made their return to Ostagar. Rayne had a lot to reflect on and was having trouble gathering her thoughts. Zevran was flirting with Leliana and Wynne simultaneously, much to their agitation. Oghren was sharpening his axe and slurring bar songs while Morrigan cast scornful looks in his direction. Sten and Grimwar (Rayne's Mabari hound) seemed to be conversing through guttural growling and Shale was watching Alistair very closely, which in turn, was making Alistair very uncomfortable. The usual camp pandemonium usually brought her comfort and peace of mind, but tonight it was a distraction. Seeking a quiet place to think, Rayne gathered some kindling and firewood and made her way down to the lake.
Dropping her pile, Rayne set to work making a small fire and then settled down on the ground. She stared through the flames, out across the lake. Rayne poked and prodded at the fire until everything was to her liking. It was much quieter here and with the tranquility that the scene provided, she was soon able to lose herself to her thoughts.
The party was almost done with the campaign they had set out on. All the treaties had been spoken for and the group was headed to Denerim to set up the Landsmeet with Arl Eammon. The last conquest had given Rayne something to ponder, however. They had recently made their venture into the Deep Roads and had seen some disquieting things. Rayne stared intently into the fire and bit her lip, as was her usual stance when deep in thought. She laid one arm across her knees and rested her chin in the palm of her other hand. A rustling noise made her start and alerted her that someone was approaching.
"Mind if I join you?" Rayne let out a sigh of relief as she realized that it was Alistair. He was the one person whose company she didn't mind keeping at this time. He was the only one who might understand the inner turmoil she was going through.
Rayne motioned for him to sit down next to her, "Please do."
"I recognized that look you had back at the camp. Then when you disappeared, I grew concerned. I figured you'd come down here, so I thought I'd come check on you." Alistair searched her eyes, "Are you okay?"
Rayne smiled wryly, "I suppose. I've been worse. There's just a lot to think about."
Alistair raised an eyebrow. He wasn't going to let her off that easy, "Such as…?"
"I guess I'm just starting to wrap my mind around it all…what it all means." Rayne tore her gaze away from the fire and directed it at the young man sitting beside her, "We're the last, you know. The last of the Grey Wardens in Ferelden. That's a lot of pressure. I started out on this journey because it was my goal to save my friends…my family…from the humans who would do us harm. I then left the alienage to save them from the Blight and the darkspawn threat." Rayne sighed and continued, "I knew that becoming a Grey Warden would mean giving up a lot…but I don't think it occurred to me…the extent of what that means…"
Alistair grabbed Rayne's hand and gave it a squeeze. Rayne stared into the fire again for a moment before starting again, "This is my life now. Once we've defeated the archdemon and won the Blight, it will be over for everyone else. The time we spent in the Deep Roads made me realize that the threat will never really be over if I want to protect my loved ones. I'll never be able to go home." A tear spilled from Rayne's teal eyes.
Alistair cupped Rayne's cheek in his hand and brushed the tear away with his thumb. "It is a big sacrifice, yes. But you don't have to do it alone. You put too much on your own shoulders. I'm here and I'll always stay by your side. We'll rebuild the Grey Wardens together. The threat will never be completely over, you are right. Things will slow down, though, and that will help bring a degree of normalcy back to our lives." He tucked a stray strand of Rayne's deep black hair behind her elegant pointed ear, "It would get to me…the way it is getting to you now…before you and I became close. We've been through so much together. More than most people would ever experience in a lifetime. I thank the Maker that you are here. If none of this had happened, we never would have met. I know that as long as I have you, I can live my life like this…darkspawn, taint, and all."
Rayne scooted in close and buried her face into Alistair's chest. He wrapped his arms around her and she knew that everything he had said was right. As long as they had each other, this curse could also be a blessing. Fresh tears spilled down her cheeks. This time they were tears of happiness.

It's if you tell him to forget you asked. I've seen it, and all my PCs are female, so it's not restricted to male Wardens. (Maybe it's a Friend track response?)
The other cheese lines I can think of are in the "Arl Eamon raised you?" convo, when Alistair talks about being raised by dogs, and in the Ritual persuasion conversation, if he's going to be king.
(I am so going to write a Alistair parody fic one of these days called "Days of Cheese and Roses".)
