Since it's still Wednesday (albeit just barely), here's my submission for Whacky Wednesday:

My latest playthrough, my character and Alistair killed the ogre at the same time.

@BevH. Wardens who slay together stay together! That happened to me once but the pics are long lost. And that was the thought I had when it happened.

@Xetykins I think Alistair's been hanging out waaaay too much with your mabari!  He needs some one on one human interaction.

I have missed Alistair and DA:O over the last month. *shakes fist at hurricane* A certain elven mage is not at all pleased she has been stuck in Orzammar all this while. Glad to see this thread still alive and well. Time to play some Dragon Age again.

Just recently finished another run of DAO with a human mage in cahoots with Alistair. Decided on the Ultimate Sacrifice ending. Forgot how much this game could make me bawl.

I've also done a mage romancing alistair but let him break up with me and remained still in love. This is in case these choices carries on to DA3. She will be able to pursue the new romance options. Doubt they will ever be as good as ol' Ali, but heres hoping!

Love Alistair! When I first played DA:O, I was a female human elf, and because the choices at the end concerning him relationship-wise were all so unfulfilling (to me), I decided to replay it as a male because it's less emotionally taxing, lmao. x_x

Is there any way to install the natural bodies mod without using the modmanager? All the mods I've installed so far I've just dragged and dropped into the override folder. So I'd prefer not using modmanager just for 1 mod. I tried picking some of the files out and testing it to see if it worked, but my elf came out looking like she had one black arm, one white arm, and a normal skin color body. It was very strange.

Thanks! I tracked down the standalone version (not the all in one) on Nexus. That one is a lot easier to work with!

Hey everyone!  I am a long time lurker and have never posted anything because I have the ps3 version and I can't post pretty pics.  Well, I spent a month making this custom King Alistair figure, so I thought it was about time I posted something.



Alistair is a repaint of Loghain from DC Unlimited, and the head is from the
John Crichton (farscape) figure from Toy Vault. I sculpted the hair.
I am happy with the likeness, even if it is a bit too grumpy for Alistair .

The shield is a printed picture from the game glued onto a bent plastic sheet.

I was inspired by someone else on the Bioware forums that repainted Loghain.

I just finished another playthrough of DAO and romanced him (again) with a human mage. I fully intended on going for Leliana this time - really! - but Maker's breath, as soon as he smiled at me in Ostagar, I couldn't say no. I know he was inspired by Malcolm Reynolds on Firefly but he reminds me more of Wash, and I'm a huge Wash fan. Guess I can't help falling for the funny guys. Anyway, no real point to this other than *swoon*!
