Yeah it can cause problems, I found though if you don't mess with the actual races, like say have an elf cousland mage, and I don't mess with the item to alter it in game. It is basically fine for what I needed.

So I keep the actual races what they should be but change the class.

 

I would always keep the races as they are. Makes no sense to have an elf at high ever unless I guess someone wants to try to pull off a wedding with Alistair as an elf. I prefer their origins but like to play different classes. I'd want to be a CE mage. That is fun to me. Or a HN mage.

With this mod, the wedding mod does fire up.  You are still considered a Cousland but you can play as a mage.

 

Yea, I'm really iffy on running too many .dazips that change the game code that way.  Much more comfortable altering things with the console, and even that has some funny things turn up in the game.

Thank you! You are my hero!!!!!! The one on the Nexus has an odd implementation, but the mod from BSN worked seamlessly in my test... I just need to figure out how to make her start in something other than Circle apprentice robes and Houston, we have liftoff! *happy dances*
