No. Convincing a 20 year old man to marry a woman ten years his senior whom he doesn't love (and who doesn't like or respect him at best, and who is openly contemptuous at worst) isn't much of a recipe for "and they lived happily ever after". (IM-unpopular-O.)
Not to mention she reminds him of Loghain, whom he hates, and he reminds her deceased husband Cailan, whom she loves, misses, mourns, and openly tells him he's just like (though he doesn't measure up in her eyes). Every time he looks at her he's reminded of the man that betrayed and destroyed the closest thing he ever had to a family, and every time she looks at him she's reminded of her dead husband, whom she would rather be with.
That's a further damper to a recipe for 'and they lived happily ever after."
