I've put together a fairly comprehensive (and very spoilery) list of Alistair-related mods.

 

The first part covers aesthetics and gear, and also includes some romance related items (engagement rings, wearable rose amulets, that sort of thing), and the second part is all romance and sexxytimes and more romance (and also funerals but ignore that part).

Anything with the name DahliaLynn is worth it for the cutscenes etc. Also, the engagement ring (TSM are you lurking?) stays with you throughout Awakening.

Less greedy than my PC who romanced Alistair and Leliana, got dumped by Alistair for that, then went and married him anyway, while keeping Leliana.

How could you still marry him when you got dumped? It happened before the landsmeet?

Thanks for the mods help everyone I am now happily a married mage and me and Alistair will live in Redcliffe !! lol The wedding scene awww.  Now i wil have to replay the game for the added love scenes because i haven't moded them before :S

I agreee . last night i played Alistair's first night mode .. damn makes more than 1000 Christian grey's that one. Bioware should hire Dhalia ! That's how is done !

Marika is back with her crazy thoughts LOL. I have said before that i liked that finally i had a nice cut scene with Alistair .... but didn't payed attention to what was added after . Zevran teaching Alistair stuff and other ..scenes.. ehm... can't talk lmao.

 

And OMG! I had to harden Alistair for the Landsmeet and surely didn't knew what actually that implies , so I went to do the pearl side missions and i clicked on Isabella ( I like that girls for some reason , she's funny ) and Maker forgive me, I ruined Alistair's Innocence ..... What cracked me it was him asking me if i really think I am thinking then after we invite him to join us he says " i am a weak , weak man" .certainly , it was surprising . 

 

since i will import my tapestry in all the games , i don't want to go blind without spoilers , so I decided what to do in the next games just to have it my way lol. 

 

If Bioware will make a new game they will have to seek really hard in their minds , because no one can compete with Alistair and Cullen

Finally I’ve had the courage to step out from lurking and say hello in a post.

 

I was introduced into DA world with DA2 more than two years ago after finishing Mass Effect 3, and well I must admit that I liked it. Finally last November I got a copy of DA:Origins and what can I say… It’s a lot better and I couldn’t imagine I would find such a great character as Alistair is   (here a little ashamed for liking so much someone who doesn’t exists…. My boyfriend will finally hate him!), after that I replayed DA2 and I’m currently finishing my first play of DA:Inquisition

 

Lucky me, when I started my game, I picked the female Cousland warden and I didn’t suffer the break up after the landsmeet ‘cause I chose her to be a Queen. In that moment I haven’t spoiled myself so I didn’t harden him and I didn’t know the outcome of that could e a break up, else…. I would had get very angry in that moment….

 

 

Looking at the  images of Alistair in DA:Inquisition I wonder,  is it me, or when he is king his face seems rounder than when he is a warden?  Damn it! I must replay DA:Inquisition with him as a warden to check it with my own eyes!

Hello!

It's much quieter in the DAO forums now. I'm not a regular here, but I'm just finishing up another playthrough of DAO, having not played it for years, and, yeah, falling in love with Alistair all over again. You'd think I'd know better by now.

And I'm always excited to hear about someone's experience paying DAO for the first time

Welcome Kernel and don't worry , like someone else told me here you are in good company let's love men we can't have and keep our boyfriends for back up Mine is a gamer too and he introduced me to DA saga . After he heard me going crazy about Alistair and Cullen he felt sorry for himself lol. 

 

Yeah, I had the crying with the first play because I went directly with a mage origin ..,imagine my face . i deleted all the landsmeet only to have the final i wanted , then i replayed again with a Cousland . Now I make my way in Awakening and it feel like really i have left behind good friends , it;s a bit sad . Even worse to add to my sadness it is to be stuck with Ogren like tank UGH!!!!!! And if you are warden and marry the Alistair warden you don't even have a chance to see him again

The last person I wanted to see from the original game is Oghren. 

 

My Queen Cousland missed Alistair so much (although she did get to see him at the beginning).   But she also felt guilty when she started crushing on Nate.

Gawd, soo much this 100x over. Never felt so much sadness over a game as when the end credits of Origins rolled. I played DAII first and my reaction was "thank god its over". I felt really foolish when the quest to meet King Alistair came up and I thought "who the fook is King Alistair?" :-p Took me a great while before I played Awakening because I knew the crew won't be there except Oggy.

I actually fell inlove with DAI from the cut scenes and because Kate Mulgrew was voice acting Flemeth But my BF told me to start from the beginning and i  am grateful that i did .
