I heard a conversation between Wynne and Oghren that I'd never heard before.  Oghren was talking about Alistair, the 'lance twirler' banter.   You'd think I would have heard absolutely everything in the game by now, but nope, it still has surprises.

I love that conversation!  The little pike-twirler.  

Wynne: Why do you occasionally refer to Alistair as a "little pike-twirler?"
Oghren: Why? Has the little pike-twirler taken offense?
Wynne: It's just a curious description.
Oghren: Curious? (Snorts) Bah, it's entirely true. What, you haven't seen him twirling his pike? Goes at it when he thinks no one's watching. Knocks about in the trees like there's no tomorrow. Caught him just the other day. Blushed all the way down to his navel, then couldn't find his shirt. I swear he's going to hurt himself one of these days, the way he works that thing.
Wynne: I don't want to hear this anymore, do I?
Oghren: I keep telling him, pikes are for sticking things at long range, aye? Horses and such. Not for twirling like a sissy-girl.
Wynne: Wait, you're talking about an actual pike? Like a spear?
Oghren: Obviously. What else would I be talking about?
Wynne: I can't imagine.

That dialogue always makes me laugh. So does this from the motivationals thread.

My mage gets blue eyed Alistair, Cous get's LD's Alistair morph, and the others get green eyed. Yes I'm weird.

Ugh reformats suck! I'm actually thinking about putting my HNF on hold til the wedding mod is done, it'll give me reason to keep going.  She'll be my Canon HNF, Kasha's saves are so messed up it's not even funny and I'm just not as pleased with her as I once was. Maybe I'll set up my Surana while I wait, or Finish Tryna Brosca up. Except playing Tryna I start missing Alistair...lol

Thanks! Brand looks Cousland to me, i look like neither of my parents, I look like my maternal grandmother. My youngest child has the same thing going on. She looks just like my mom. I have trouble getting them to LOOK noble. If you look at Anora, and some of the other noble women they have a definite noble look to them. That's what prompted me to try Anora's morph. Turns out however, her morph is about as cooperative as she is...lol Elea is a a morrigan/anora/Jesstweaked hybrid thing...lol

Well she could look like Daddy, I mean we don't know what color he had as a young man do we? He could have been blonde, and in game he has blue eyes so she does have a Cousland thing in that case.

OMG the noses drive me CRAZY. I spend more time per face on the friggin nose than anything else! If all else fails, try the asian nose shape, and then in nose options adjust the rest.

Oh noes...I'm looking at my Jaina Surana in the toolset, and she's screaming ZEV. Alistair already has a mage chancellor, and an Elf GW ending with my girls. Though I uppose the Blood mage/elf/chancellor would really throw mud in the eye of Ferelden. Or in a nicer sense, show that blood magic isn't, by itself the evil the chantry proclaims it to be, rather it can be USED for evil, but can also be used for good. I dunno...I'm stuck.
