I really dont see alot of Mal in an unhardened Alistair.
An hardened one definently has the spine and the belief in a higher cause like Mal.

Not to put him down in any way but an unhardened Alistair IS willing to have people he sees in authority tell him what to do alot. ie Eamon/Warden.

Strangely enough UH he has is very firm in the Landsmeet, while Hardened Alistair seems more willing to go along with stuff. Or is that because he is taking what he wants though?

I don't disagree with you, I was just giving you a friendly warning.

Heh, I just find it annoying because I think it's so untrue, I don't threaten bodily harm or anything.
Unhardened Alistair stands up for what he believes in--justice for Loghain, blood magic is bad--which is what having a spine is all about, he just doesn't believe in himself, so he lets other people have their way, rather than push opinions that he has no confidence in. He's not spineless, he just doesn't think he's worth defending, even by himself. Once he does believe that he's capable, he stands up for himself, in addition to the other things that he believes in.

I'm not sure about that. I had made a redone  Fort drakon kiss scene that comes with the Alistair's kiss mod and can also be downloaded separately.. (Though that pic doesn't look familiar)

Cmessaz has fixed the dialogue portion though, allowing you to kiss him with more dialogue choices.

Thanks, sometimes it's hard to figure out when you're done, or if you just keep going. I was thinking I was done (except for cleanup)....appreciate your comment.

I like that it leaves it to the imagination/interpretation of the viewer who took the blow. Simple but very moving.

I'm a little confused about where the line is drawn to determine what is or isn't off-topic.  The subject of discussion on the last couple pages was two characters from tv shows that inspired David Gaider when he was creating Alistair.  A couple of us mentioned Netflix and other stores that sold the series dvds in case anyone wanted to check them out.  But it was very much centered around Alistair.

On happier topics, your screenshot (snipped to keep Big Brother happy) makes me wish I had rolled a city elf with Alistair any time recently!!!  That special scene with Dad and Shianni is so sweet.  My very first, horribly dysfunctional (gameplay and lore-wise and every other wise) PC was a city elf who romanced Alistair.  She was lost to deletion long ago.

Here she is in Ostagar, wearing a single sword because her player hadn't figured out how to equip DW yet.



Oh, we've moved on to 2H sword now.  Closer!  Ok, not really!

Ahhh, the joys of our early unspoiled (and ignorant to the game mechanics or the lovely mods out there) playthroughs.
At least you weren't as silly as me. I gave daggers as secondary weapons to my mages and set their tactics to switch to melee weapons when being melee attacked... <_<

It sure was funny watching Wynne in her conehead hat constantly miss any attack she made with her daggers.

I know Wynne will (with the mod that fixes that dialog) after you clear the tower. But I was pretty sure Alistair didn't. Which seems odd given his character, and attitude about it.  How disappointing. Not sure how this mage is going to work, she isn't "flowing" for me.
