Very well written, I actually felt some sympathy for Loghain. I just hope that when I finish my travesty of a FF, it'll be half as well done.

Since we're talking about Loghain!  This was the femCousland that got away, though.  And yeah, I totally feel sorry for him!  I think he'd rather face the big-ass sword.

Actually, doesn't the in-game Eamon look much older that he should?   He's only a few  years older than Teagan, isn't  he?  And he was still a boy when Loghain was off fighting with Maric?  Ill bet being married to Isolde has aged him.

OMG, I took that as a challenge and opened the toolset to take a few years of Eamon. I don't think I can stop laughing long enough at what he looks like without the beard to actualy do it. I had to close the toolset in order to calm myself.

Actually, not too long ago, I saw someone in that Character Show-off area show a picture of a young Eamon.  He wasn't handsome, and he still had that nose, but he wasn't too bad.  But it's scientifically proven that prolonged exposure to a screechy voice can do horrible damage to the facial structure.

And what is with all the beard hate?  Really?  Given the amount of love Alistair scruff gets, I'm shocked more people don't appreciate the joys of a nice, well-trimmed beard.

Hehe, I know the feeling. I have friends who always liked my fanfic even though I think they need more work. Heh, to give you an idea of the character I based my Warden off of, here's an old blog I kept of her stories. lonniesilvestri.blogspot.com/

The character was from a classic Battletech RP game I was in for a couple of years, Marlana has ended up being one of my favorite characters and tends to be my main inspiration for coming up with CRPG characters.

@ TheGrumpyOne: I hate beards irl also, especially after being given beard burn by guys who thought they were being funny.

Thanks a million for reminding me, Grumpy. I think you mentioned it when I first joined this forum but it completely slipped my mind to send my request to join the group. I've gone ahead and fixed that. While I'm a bumbling idiot, all hands (thank you, Alistair!) and have zero experience with modding I do have a B.A. in Arts and Letters (Creative Writing) so that may come in handy with dialogue and the like, should you need it.

Its not that I don't like beards, but Alistair is more of a scuffy man then a beard man.

Besides the last time I kissed a guy with a beard I ended up with a mouthful of hair and he was neatly trimmed. Ugh.

:sick:That once happened to me Reika. I also got a massive red rash around my mouth a day after kissing a guy with a full grown beard.

I'm not a fan of full beards in real life.  But there's some men who look better with their chin's covered.  It's nice that you can't get beard-burn in the game!  I guess I'd prefer chins covered with fuzz instead of a full growth.  Those things can hide stuff that like dropped food.  And drool.
