Haha I actually wasn't very impressed with Alistair at first. I was actually looking forward to meeting this other elf that my friend had told me about. But hey, then I started talking to him more and well, didn't take long before I became a squeeing fan girl.

Anyone complained about having boyband hair in vanilla? Wow then I don't know what that is, lol. He seems to have jumped out from any of the dreaded Disney productions...let's say A Hannah Montana episode. Guys look like that in Disney TV-shows. For me, it's one of the better morphs but too flawless and pretty. Makes him boring, somehow. Of course all is IMO.

I'm another one who doesn't like to change faces - as far as I'm concerned, the characters are what they are. I admit, being 43, I also tend to like the older looking characters (Varel...yummy) but at least umodded Alistair looks like a man.

That...thing looks like a little boy who's just grown his first stubble.

That morph look like a child to me. Not attractive 'that way' at all. I find all the morphs to be lacking in character compared to the straight up, vanilla Alistair. Wouldn't change him for the world.

Hon, he barely looks 15, not 20s at all. It really is disconcerting...and I am one who uses a modded head, but he doesn't look in the mid-teens.

I, on the other hand, am freaking out since my last game save folder, the whole character folder, is missing. It's not in 'Characters' where it should be, yet I can open the saves with the game. I have no idea where to even ask. Anyone have any clue?

Dunno. Did you set the files to "hidden" on accident? Are you using Vista (I ask because I often have a problem with 'hidden' files in Vista)?

Nope, no name change, the folder isn't hidden....I'll tell you, I'm stumped, this is bizarre. 
Did a search in the forum and no previous inquiries like this.  What the heck am I not seeing? 
Will do a date search, since filename searches turn up nothing  *fingers crossed*

Ugh, silly me...I was freaking out for nothing, thanks for all of your suggestions.  I wasn't even looking in my C drive, but one of my backups, which does have my characters backed up, but not this one as yet.  Thanks for your support, it helped!

Glad you found it! I must have a dozen backup folders for various characters, mods, screenshots, and whatever for this game, so I know how easy it can be to lose something in them, heh.

Russalka, I think that Alistair mod is adorable.  But like others have said, he looks too much like a boy for my tastes.  I usually imagine my female characters to be 18-20, and if I used that mod, it would feel like she's robbing the cradle.

But everyone has their own tastes.  If you would like that face on Alistair, I say go for it!  ......... I don't know if I'd want to see any screenshots of him on Smut Thursday though.
