Lanfaer, thanks for the 'get well' The helmet is creepy but it does have Rapid Aim, which for a starting armor, totally rocks. That armor set really isn't that well drawn, this is the first time using it, but it's sure been useful for blowing away enemies!  Lol, it was kind of fun facing Howe's soldier's wearing that thing, some probably got too scared and just laid down to die 

Standby derp, too bad you cannot get a good screenie of 'swooping is bad'

I really know what you mean.  Wouldn't it be nice if we got back to the Keep one day and Barbie handed us a note with a rose, "delayed in the Bannorn but you still are as rare and beautiful a thing as you always were."  Or something equally .

It would make Awakening 100% nicer to play.

lol I solved that problem by making a male Orlesian.  It was still kind of sad when Alistair didn't recognize me, and somehow even sadder when Wynne didn't recognize me, but at least it wasn't "Want to tackle him but he doesn't know who you are".  Plus, my Orlesian kind of looked like Fergus.    He wasn't too hard to play!

Was there ever an explanation given for why non-king Alistair didn't have a letter like Zevran or Leliana did?

My Orlesian is meant to be a Nate squeeze, though.  I started making another Dalish mage in Origins and thought that was a little ridiculous.  In a rut, much?  But a Dalish mage in Awakening was different enough, and I hadn't ever had a PC I thought could end up with one of the Awakening companions.

So, she will be confined to meeting the new Fereldan king, thinking "ooh la la, Creators what a hot shem!" and moving on.

I plan on making a Surana one of these days who will semi-romance Alistair - the mage/templar thing will take a LOT of getting over, and I'm not even letting them tent, that's how long it's going to take and how uncertain she is, at least.  It's going to be my Warden Commander ending, which I have never had the courage to do. 

I want this girl for Anders though, and it just doesn't feel right, her moving on to even start thinking about another man, if she and Alistair slept together and allt hat.  Seems more realistic to me if what she and Alistair had was real, but only budding.  She'll be heartbroken then, but in a better place to move on in the six-month post-Origins time frame that is Awakening.

I dont understand why Warden Alistair dosent show up either in Awakening.
Then again I think Awakening is a piece of Nug Droppings that Bioware keeps trying to feed us.

Apparently , I cant confirm it but DA2 is getting Awakenings Convo system, since its BETTER and more realistic than Origins.

You think they might be hinting at something? Why Cailan? Just curious as to why start selling stuff for Alistair with their big DA2 campaign? Of course they can always sell stuff for DA:O..just find it strange..hope and nope...perhaps a pre DA:O story?

I think they're just putting out feelers so they can make some money with their merchandise. Alistair is popular enough for them to try out different ideas on what would sell. I'm not a fan of black shirts in general (it can be overdone), but if they put the Legion of the Dead logo on a black shirt, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. It'd almost be like wearing the LotD armor from the game, y'know? =p
