 Where do you get RonM?  He's cute!

I need an Alistair fix!  No time to play this weekend, and I lose my computer to the repair shop on Monday.  

I tried playing a little late last night after work, but my Dalish game is so bugged, I gave up.  This is the first time I've played through since the patch, and the first time I've gotten bad bugs.  I had made Anora queen, but now Alistair thinks he's king.  Morrigan acts like he and Sylphe are just friends.  The 3 of them got stuck in a weird, exitless corridor when the DR deleted scene was supposed to trigger.  At least I didn't have to listen to the screechy ice queen speech.  I think I'm giving up on Sylphe and starting my HNF once I'm up and running again.



*edit - Wow, I'll bet we'll make 400 by the beginning of next week!

Sorry you had such a bad day and sorry about your computer and game     I'm still on my HNF game, laughing away at all of Morrigan's friendly fire damage.  But, my warden has been so bad!  Killed  Wynne, the mages, Connor, fought Sten, killed Genitivi, and who knows how many others.  Right now she's on the move to kill Howe and will do it alone.


We now have alistair hair

i've always taken Al to Redcliff.Had that happen when I put Anora on the throne. I'm playing it on ps3.

Didn't you know, Darkspawn are color blind.  This helps reduce friendly fire.

Lol, it is about the worst thing I've ever had a character wear, the shot is missing the hockey goalie boot, too, which really rounds out the whole abomination!

MageTarot had some fun things to say about the whole Barbie thing.   Lol, I only wished I had taken a screen with the pink eyepatch hat before I got rid of the mod!

Alistair made himself scarce in this shot, away looking for the fashion police, I assume

@Inclemency: I like the color pink.....but even that is to horrendous for even me. I can see her on a show called "Grey Wardens What NOT to Wear !"(gah this gave me spoof show ideas) As the Taint Turns,One Life to Kill,Mabari Whisperer,Ferelden Good Eats(referring to the Alistair/Leli conversation on food),Ferelden's Most Wanted,The Apostate and You,Clean Castle(how many of us haven't cleared out a castle or two ),.........

Pardon me if this has been in topic lately, I cannot find much, but what was that mod in development that had to do with Alistair's amulet or something of that sort?

It seemed like something to do with the rose he gives, not the amulet of his mother.

The "Alistair thinking he's king when he's not" issue, is not really a bug. The game doesn't provide any alternate dialogue for non king Alistair in th those convos, hence he always refers to himself as king. The various dialog fixing mods address this issue. Try Dialogue Tweaks, ejoslin's ZDF, or the Alistair dialog fixes (I don't remember who did them or their name).

Morrigan acting like she's friends with a lover is a common bug. I believe Terra Ex's "Morrigan Restoration Patch" fixes this.

I do not think so. I have not actually understood what this mod is actually about, hence I asked. And it is still in development, it seems.

That is exactly the one you want. It has a ring for the warden, and alistair's amulet for alistair to wear.  That's the one we were talking about...you'll see

Fascinating, pardon me for misunderstanding. I saw a snippet of it a while back and the memory of it was very hazy. I will definitely try this one with my new canon Warden.

I remember the night we were all talking about it, and rak kindly made them available.  They are really nice items!

No, I think Grumpy was talking about a project a friend of his was working on that would turn the rose into a pendant.  Now that he's gone, I hope we'll still hear about it.  But I'm very happy with this one.

I've got all those dialogue mods.  But Alistair's not just referring to himself as King.  He gave the big speech that Anora should have given to the troops.  I definitely chose Anora to rule, even after she betrayed me, because I wanted the rebuilding the wardens together ending.  

And Morrigan usually makes reference to Alistair as the warden's love interest when she's trying to convince her  to talk to him about the DR.  It's been awhile, but as I recall she said something along the lines of, "Knowing how he feels about you, do you think he will let you make the sacrifice?"  This time she talked about how he'll make the kill and take the glory and my warden will be forgotten."  

It's been a screwy playthrough.  I'm ready for my HNF!
