Pefect, thanks :)

You're welcome. :) And just a warning. Some of my early stories are really awful. I have a beta reader for Chasing Ghosts and its shaping to become one of my better stories next to Revelations.

The early ones are just...bleh. LOL   I plan to rewrite them eventually. :D

Added you to my faves Melca thanks!Image IPB

Awww thanks. :D

Hope you enjoy Chasing Ghosts since you are a Teagan fan. ;)

You know... I think, from now on, I'm going to associate that picture with KoP after yesterdays conversations. I don't know whether that is good, or bad. Scary, maybe.

HAHA!! that made me laugh:lol:

Is that Natural Bodies Thesius hairy? I love the pic but it never looks right in game for me. Maybe I need to try it in action and not just standing gawking in camp. Image IPB

I know!  Mine never looks right in the game either.  If I could get my Alistair looking like that ... well, I wouldn't be bothering to download new armor for him.

Storm, how do you set your bag space in the toolset, and must it be right at the beginning of the game?  I'm past that already.  :(

Miriel Cousland and Alistair have finally made it to Lothering.

Image IPB

Lothering is the only area in the game that is consistently buggy for me.  Lots of crashes around the bridge and the door to the chantry.  SOP in this area is save every couple minutes.

I have a question for those who have both IRS and IA installed. From what I've gathered they're not 100% compatible? Anyone have any idea which files is it that don't mix?

Tuppence, I have never done this in the middle of a game, I'll say that right now.  I'll prepare to start a game by unchecking all the mods in the game Downloads section, then will start it, then save and exit.

Example:  HNO origin @ start of game:

1.  Open toolset

2.  File > Open File > Bioware/Dragon Age/Characters/Character Name/Saves/Slot_1/CastleCousland.das

3. Expand: SAVEGAME_PARTYLIST

4. Go to:  SAVEGAME_MAX_ITEMS  (which at the beginning of a game will be '70')

5. Doubleclick on the '70' and change to whatever, not to infinity, of course.  I usually change mine to 360, now I've upped it in my new game to 500 with Random Age installed.

6.  Save As  'CastleCousland.das'  (same name - your old one will back up in the same folder)

You're done.

I'd swear there was a list of files somewhere.  I installed it about a month or so ago and recall going through it all.  I don't do any of that gold stuff in there, either, so got rid of that.  Lol, I have a whole folder's worth of files I picked out of IA. Isn't there a list on the IA front page on dragonnexus?  There wasn't much for IRS, but there was other stuff I didn't want in there.      It's in the IRS ReadMe file.

I can't remember the whole file name off by heart but I think it's something similar to camp.stg.

Slowly but surely...

We said goodbye to Fergus...

We've decided Howe's men aren't that bright, if they think a chair will keep Kasha and Lethallin away...

We remembered it was TUESDAY! Mom added an arrow to the arse for good measure.

And We found Dad...got recruited, and made it to Ostagar. Next step, meeting Alistair.

Lady J, your screenshots are always so beautiful.  How do you get them to look so good?  Check out the comparison.  Mine looks flat compared to yours.

Thanks, Storm.  I guess I'd better wait until I'm starting a new game.  That's good to know though.  I always have problems with bag space.

@Tuppence Thanks:) the only things I can guess (I don't see too big a difference really) are

1. Video card differences

2. I play at max settings with buffer effects on

3 when I resize them in photoshop I use the "unsharp mask" because resizing them tends to cause a bit of blurring.

Yeah, I just play with the video card that came with my computer, but mine was built for video editing, so it's not awful.  I do play with all my video settings maxed.  I'll have to look for an unsharp mask.  I'm just using Photoshop Elements, so I'm not sure I've got it.

I just love your screenshots so much!  There's an artist who does gorgeous paintings in medieval settings.  I can't think of her name, but your shots remind me of her.

And, to keep this OT, you make Alistair look even better than he does in my game.

*edit - It's Tuesday!

*Blushes* It should be in Elements, look and see if there's a "filters" menu, unsharp mask is under there in PS itself. Filters---> Sharpen---> Unsharp mask

Do you find that it still causes blurring if, when you use 'image size', you resample with 'bicubic sharper (best for reduction)' rather than the default 'bicubic (best for smooth gradients)'? That solved the blurring issue for me.

Maybe I am glad I had my friend put my computer together. He put me a gaming computer together because I play games like WoW, Runes of Magic,Wizard101. Alot of graphic intensive games.

Double Awesome Decaps!

Image IPB

@errant Depends on the image, sometimes it works sometimes not. Generally I crop to size as well (many times there are extra things in the shot that aren't needed...digital photography habit), which doesn't have that option.

Lol, Jess, sometimes it is very hard to use the rule of thirds on screenshots
