Yeah, you know I tried traps and just never could get the hang of it. By the time they are set up I'm getting my pretty little head bashed in.
If you have stealth at 3, you can set up traps without being visible, but I think you're meant to set up traps as ambushes and luring enemies to them. I did manage once to setup a grease trap and a fire trap. That was awesome because the flame trap set the grease on fire.
Never could get it setup successfully after that.

That would be cool. I guess when I tried, I was an archer and not stealthy. I suppose I could try when I replay my canon rogue noble again.Reika wrote...

LOL! It's a little disturbing to remove IA after you've already started playing. I just saw more of Fergus than a sister should see. At least Bryce and Eleanor are dressed, but all the guards are running around naked. The upcoming battle will be interesting. I hope Howe's men will be naked as well, otherwise it'll be a little one-sided.
Holy Maker!
That happened to me!!
And Howe's men were naked for me. It was so weird.

Why did you remove IA? Lol, is there something I should be worried about?

I removed it because I've been using it for so long, I thought this would make things feel even more different. I didn't want to lose it for awhile because it seemed to make merchants pay more gold when I'd sell stuff back. But with that Underworld helmet, which I always sell because it's weird looking, I don't really have much need for more gold. That thing sells for an amazing amount of gold.

After telling him it's not stupid to not want to be king and I undersood why he didn't say anything about it I went with "I do like you, I thought that was pretty clear at this point." I have never seen this line before and I searched "pretty" and "clear" separately in alistair_main and I can't find the line?! I don't want to use it if it's not a "nice" option, I only got +2 for the convo. Lol, I used to go with "not for that performance" on occasion until I read the toolset notes.

Ok Alistair experts, I just went to Redcliffe for the first time without the romance being active. Told Alistair I am lucky to be here with him and activated the romance. (yay!) Then I had the "why did you hide your birthright" convo and found dialogue that is new to me.

You get the "I do like you line" if you didn't already have the romance active before finding out about his past. And I believe the one you used is the nice option.

I think it's the " I thought that was pretty clear at this point" that is making me wonder.

Hm, what were the other options? I know there's one that says, "I do like you, and not just because of your bloodline", or something like that. The not nice option is "I did like you, but now I don't know who you are", which kills the romance.

"Apology accepted" and "Don't worry about it, no harm done" plus the ones you mentioned. The "not because of you bloodline" is the one I was expecting.
And because there is a distinct lack of Alistar and smut on this page...

There is a response I want to get again, but can't remember how I got there. The sequence is this way, I believe, but don't recall my response to get that second line below.
A:
I told you before how Arl Eamon raised me, right...etc
I... ah... not that I would want someone to like me for that reason, but there... are worse fates. Ahem.
I have no illusions about my status, however.......etc

If I am reading the toolset right it goes like this:
PC: Are you sure? You're not hiding anything else?
A: Besides my unholy love of fine cheeses and a minor obsession with my hair, no. That's it. Just the prince thing.
PC: You're a prince. Somehow I find that very... thrilling.
A: I... ah... not that I would want someone to like me for that reason, but there... are worse fates. Ahem.
He has to be at warm and romance not active. If the romance is active you get "Did I just find the one damn decent thing about my birthright? I think I did." instead.

Hmm...I wonder if this is the line that IRS adds in redcliffe if the warden is in a romance with Alistair? Cmessaz?
