Oh I hate that, I don't write but I am a photographer, and sometimes, try as I might, I cannot get the shot that I see in my head. Sometimes sleeping on it helps, sometimes it's hours and hours of setup, and/or a thousand photos taken.
Today's real alistair
I sympathize. I went out for my morning smoke the other day, with my coffee. It was a nice sunny morning, and there was dew. And a perfectly formed spider web. I spent hours shooting that thing and got maybe...4 shots I liked >.<

I'm still either procrastinating, or really have been enjoying myself here the last two days. My party still hasn't made it out of Lothering, although we have released Sten and killed some beasties, at least.
I got to the point I would finish a game in three days. This is the second, or maybe third game that will, most likely, take two weeks to play at the rate I'm going!
forgot I had this in my screens folder
I've been on my HNF replay (Kasha, my canon and fic fodder) for almost a week. She just finished Ostagar and Lothering today. Why? Because I couldn't let my husband get through there on his fresh start! And guess what? She's at camp, and he's going to the tower to save Connor already. grrrrr.

Oh, I did that once, not all that long ago...three characters ready for the Deep Road...ugh, that was so nasty! I think that's what got me started on the walking bomb/extreme friendlyfire game, this way I could get through the deep roads for a fourth time while giggling madly.
But never again will I do the multiple chars ready for one area.Reika wrote...
I like the Deep Roads, I just didn't like what lead up to them.
I'm
just glad for my insane number of saves, it helps to refresh my memory
for stuff when writing. I'm not looking forward to redoing Awakening
though, beacuase I didn't really do the saves like I did for
Origins.
I'm glad someone else does that, too. I get kinda scared sometimes seeing Slot_95 in my saves folder!
glad Im not the only one that does this
Man I wish I hadn't had to raid tonight. The whole time I was in raid I kept thinking of playing DA

I miss having a good raid, nothing like having 10 or 25 people just clicking...
Of course that didn't happen too often.

I was raiding 4 nights a week now it's just friday and saturday 25man for me.I played DA when it first came out then stopped for a bit . Had this crazy dream about Alistair in DA and so now Im back to playing it and WoW.When I get bored with those then I play one of my sevral other games
I tend to get burned out with raiding guilds, since I tend to go through them, I guess it's me not playing well with others.
There are times I miss WoW, but not most of the other players.

I know exactly how you feel. Recently I was juggling 2 mmo's - Age of Conan and Star Trek Online...and during that time I had my unopened copy of Dragon Age Origins CE sitting there. Now I haven't logged into my AoC account in weeks and only log into my STO account because a co-worker recently bought it and I promised to do some missions with him so he can get the hang of the game.
DA has become my #1 PC gaming pasttime. I'm currently taking my 2nd rogue Dayne Cousland through the playthrough and will try to build up enthusiasm to start Arturo on Awakening this weekend.
Hey, at least it gets me off the streets and out of the bars, right?

@Briiel: All my RL friends stopped playing once they got me hooked on the WoWCrack.
Hm, and the friend that got me into the MECrack and DACrack stopped playing... Though he's amused about my comments.

I have gotten the same way. I play WoW once per week. I'm in a very small horde guild, with people that all know each other in real life, and have RPG'ed together since D&D. I'm the only one they don't know...lol a WoW blog friend runs it , and gave me an invite. It's Thursday Night Poker, usually just one boss of a raid, and maybe a heroic after. Only 2 hours a week but tons of fun.

@Reika: I'm in a small guild "Runs with Scissors"(It's my guild and I'm a clutz hehe),it's part of a huge raiding community though and we all know each other but the community is guild blind. So you don't have to be apart of one set guild to be in it.
has anyone looked at some of these mods ?? Some people have some unrealistic ideas of how a woman should look. I just saw the amazon goddess one and holy frag those are some huge knockers.
I was looking for the mod that was a few pages back and thought hmm I'll browse some of these.I saw the dragon age redesigned,I'm not sure how I like that . It changes some of the faces I have come to know and love but it also makes some kind of weird to me. The elf faces they did took away the deer in the headlights look some of them have ......but meh.

So funny thing photobucket took my pic of my naked warden (with her parts covered by wonderful stars) but left Ali pic of him in the guantlet with a grin and a star on. They also left the pic of my wardens rear in there to ! So apparently you can have nudity but it can't be in a suggested sexual pose. =p

Out of curiosity, do you name your photos on phobucket? I've had sexytimes shots up for months and haven't hear a peep from photobucket. *knocks on wood* I'm wondering if it's due to the pics being labeled that helps alert them.

Yeah, I love DA:R! all you have to do, once you've installed it (where you selected to install Dracomie's textures), let it install, and then run the .exe again, and instead of choosing Dracomie's Textures, chose whichever set of options you want. Basically you just have to install it twice. Hope that helps!
MORNING GUIZE!!!
@LadyJess, I don't remember if someone has asked or not, or if you've explained, but what armor is Kasha wearing? is it just leather armor with the UDK?
EDIT: As a sidenote, as I'm sure we all know, you never wanna play DA so bad as when you don't have a PC around. Enter me, last week. My laptop's AC adapter died. Today my new one is getting here, and I'm super excited because maybe now, I can make some headway!!!!

PIty you guys weren't Alliance, I'd give a stab at WoW again.

Lol, some of us were commenting about that in Cme's group last night. Some of those mods are frightening.

Yeah some of the mods I was all "If she was any kind of a warrior with knockers like that she would prolly cut them off because they would be in the way ALL the time" They have the gals unrealistically thin with a huge chest . when we all know that she would have major back problems. I had a friend who had to have shoulder surgery because of her chest and when she got the reduction done . She lost 15 lbs,15 lbs from boobs and guys think there great *sighs*

My bad, thought you were horde, unless I was thinking of someone else. My main was an elemental shammy.
And yeah guys think cleavage is great because they don't have to wear the weight.
Hm, I think this is an appropriate expression for this convo.
