So it looks like he's still pleased to not be king but he has more reservations about it if he's hardened.

So that just seconds my view that he really is happier off as a Warden, even if hardened. His major gripe is just that Anora is the only other choice aside him and he don't trust her much, so on that mostly based his willingness to become king. Understandable decision, really, but that he can shrug it off so soon after shows that he will not be too long angry about staying a Warden. Rather the opposite

Heh, and the pics in the Zev-thread? I lol'd. Nothing compared to some of them in the old Ali-thread, I tell you. Ah, good old times. <3

@Zjarcal: I like the pearl mods I have gotten some good laughs. The Sir Perth one looks bad tho. I did make my mage go and take on Cullen in the bedroom (it helped give me ideas for the ff I'm working on)

Yeah, the animations on some of the scenes are quite rough. The Ser Perth scene also has some issues where my characters was approaching him backwards! Well, that could also work (), but not with those animations.

The Cullen scene is quite funny.

Yeah I'd never say that he wants to be king, not of his own accord.  He's just not a power-seeking or highly ambitious type.  Which is a point in his favor in terms of who should be ruler, IMO.

Yeah I'd never say that he wants to be king, not of his own accord. He's just not a power-seeking or highly ambitious type. Which is a point in his favor in terms of who should be ruler, IMO.

I've never understood the commonly held belief that you should look to the people not interested in ruling to do it. Yes, it lessens the risk that they'll get corrupted by power but it increases the risk that they won't really be interested in the job or think they can't do it and not give it their all (like when unhardened Alistair is never at court).

It's not an a priori qualifier or disqualifier, just one consideration.  I don't consider Anora's grasping ambition to be a good quality, no.  A fair comparison would be Anora with hardened Alistair, though.  In that case, he's not ambitious for the job but is willing to step up.  That shows more character and integrity than Anora's absolute unwillingness to consider that there might be someone other than her that can lead the country.

I never claimed they were shocking works of pr0n! Just various lazy toolset Alisex scenes! The Alicorn is a true work of art! I will never reach that level

Oh, they definitely weren't shocking at all.  It was the person, not the action.  I just  at the thought of Alistair and Isolde doing anything naked together.
