I was playing around with console commands, trying to move my low level DCF up to the coronation for mod testing for cmessaz and Hilde.  Figuring out how to set all those flags is confusing!

Apparently I didn't set some flags correctly.  



I ended up having to fight Teagan's possessed body in front of Eamon, and my dwarf grew long fingers while doing it.

It's when you prompt Alistair to talk about dealing with the Blight. Alistair makes Eamon regeant and the warden as his general.

Which was a little surreal for me, because I'd just killed Loghain and couldn't help but think "Wow, I just killed the hero and general of Bryce's generation and now Alistair is putting my warden in his position".

Ohh, no wonder, I don't think I've ever done that...well, maybe back when I got the game on Xbox, but those games don't count!

It's also with hardened Alistair. I always make him hardened because I can't see how everything they've been through wouldn't change him.

Exactly!  Screaming, "Stay away from my woman!"  The only thing is that I would poke his eyes out if he was forever checking diagnostics.
