one of the resons why I wanted to do this so much was because it was indeed -missing- from the game. They took to such lengths to create romances, great stories...and we ended up with slides, which isn't bad...but I personally would have preferred to see something. Otherwise why make cutscenes at all in a game if you can textualize everything?

Well you sure aren't being very demostrative of that with attacking KoP now are you? Do you even care that his posts are always respectful and intelligent, well thought out, and frequently quite funny? Or that He's actually changed his opinion on Alistair after the time he's spent in this thread? No, You've seen him post, you've seen people interacting with him, and you've gone straight into wishing him gone. You've got to give it to get it, you're not entitled.

I would hope we are.  But Maria, it goes both ways.  You've been really nasty on several occasions here with pretty much no provocation.  I think we are a pretty tolerant and respectful group to people who show the same to us.  You seem to have a real gripe with KoP's presence here, and unless something private happened between the two of you that the rest of us didn't see, it didn't look like he did anything to you.  Yet you attacked him and then demanded an apology from him.  When he gave it to you, you mocked him and acted like it wasn't good enough.

I think you are a long time member of this thread.  You were here long before I was.  But lately you seem to have a real chip on your shoulder that disrupts things like Dahlia's happy mod release that we've all been waiting for.

Please take Inclemency's advice.  Relax and enjoy Dahlia's mod.  Maybe you won't feel so angry then.

Now, why don't you actually DO what you say and have some respect.    Did I see a comment about the wonderful scene?  No, because you have no respect for anything but your own opinion.  You live in a little world of your own these days and I, for one, have had to resort to discourtesy to try to get through to you.  None of us have because you do not listen.

Just saw it on youtube and it's amazing how well done it is. It really does look like an in game cutscene. I even teared up a bit watching the facial expressions on everyone.

Doesn't it?  People on YouTube say the same thing about the first night mod, that it looks like what should have been in the game.  I'll go further and say it's better than a lot of cutscenes in the game because so much attention to the detail is there.

You know who made me grin like an idiot?  Shale!  I think that's one reason I like it so much, not just for the wedding part, but because it feels like the gang is back together which is something missing from Awakening... the DLCs... the epilogues...

It IS better than the majority of cutscenes in the game. The attention to detail, the facial expressions, the pacing, everything.

Indeed! Watching Shale applaud and cheer was so funny! Also watching Doggie's expressions was great. Having the whole gang back together is awesome indeed. Well, except for Wynne...

You need to research more. He has said repeatedly he does not dislike Alistair. And he has never been disrespectful, believe me if he had everyone here would call him right out on it. Including me. You're making assumptions based on a few posts you've seen, and clearly missing the context or something. Maybe you should get to know him first THEN make your judgements. And in a respectful way? You came in today, snarked and said you were leaving. That's respectful? Or was that passive aggressive suggestion that we make a KoP thread supposed to be respectful? Maybe you should check your definition of respectful.

MARIA!  Have you looked around you to see what you are disturbing here?  I tried to say this nicely but you aren't paying attention.  There is a celebration going on for an incredible boon to Alistair lovers.  And you are being very disrepectful and disruptive.  And if you think there's been a lot of  Alistair sucks comments here, you are not reading what's being said.  The only one who has behaved in a disrespectful way here recently has been you.

Now please.  Let Dahlia get the appreciation that she deserves for giving us this wonderful mod.  If you aren't interested in Alistair-related stuff, please be quiet and let us enjoy it!
