I think Alistair / Anora's speech is so much more epic than Theoden's.
Speaking of which, this scene pales in comparision to our charge in the battle of Denerim.

I think Alistair and the fem!Warden having kids is totally plausible and not wishful thinking. Oh, and they totally need to have kids too. Otherwise, what's the point?

Dwarves in DA:O are the sweetest, kindest, most open-minded, gentlest people ever. They're so polite to strangers and just want to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and welcome. I just enjoy their company so much.

Except for Dagna. She totally sucks.

Yup, so are the Dalish and the city elves! So much hospitality right there, it warmed my heart when I was playing.

I really found my time with the Dalish as a human Warden to be most delightful. They were most gracious and we had a very deep and enlightening discussion about the history of the troubles between our races. They didn't make my Mage want to turn the Werewolves loose on them at all.

I totally feel that is the right reaction to people who have been continuously persecuted when they treat you rudely. They're such whiners anyway.

That is why I think Velanna's actions are completely justified and deserves to be a Grey Warden.
