Alistair/Loghain is right up there with Alistair/Zevran in squicky.

Loghain +anyone is rather squicky actually. At least most pics of Zevran/PC don't squick me out, just the actual cutscenes of him doing the dirty deed.

There's some beautiful Zev/PC cutscenes that will be coming out soon!  I used to find Zev creepy until I spent some time talking to him and got to know him better.  His romance is very moving, and he's actually a very sensitive character.

yea...well Zev got ruined for me the pic I saw of the Dalish PC and Zev's surprise buttsekks manuever. That completely killed any way i could take him seriously in that manner. As my best buddy, yep hes one of my favorite companions but as a romance...squicky...seriously squicky.

What can I say, I like the templar better.

That is...  a disturbing scene from BSC, but really, a mod ruined the character?  His vanilla cutscenes are the best done in the game (and the most varied -- they really put a lot of time into them). There is so much to him in a romance; it's a shame that it had that effect on you.  We had quite a few screenies in the ZevThread making fun of that.

He certainly does not do the surprise buttsex in the vanilla game.

Edit: Whenever I see weird stuff in mods, I laugh if I find it funny, and shake my head if I don't.  I could easily make a scene like that with Alistair; that doesn't mean it's in character.  Zevran is supposed to be a good lover, not a bad one, and the BSC spicy with a female elf definitely puts him WAY out of character.

Of course. With about 70+ cunning by Awakening. That's a very high penetration score

Too bad Morrigan is gone by that time.  Not sure that entirely pleases her to hear that Anora is getting the best of Arcturus at that point

It's actually a combination of things but that was the icing on the squicky cake.  It's more a 'his personality doesn't mesh with me that way'.  You know how some people just click with you and others are locked forever in the 'friend zone'. This is one of those kind of relationships for me.  I love the character as a friend in game, I love how he was written this way but every time I tried the romance he just didn't click. 
Not saying its poorly written it just didn't appeal to me.  
I still prefer the templar


This is also why Loghain squicks me out whenever people try to sexify him.  Loghain (by personality not looks) acts just like my father (whom I never got along with).  Some characters are locked in a specific 'niche' for me.

I now embrace my brown hair...though I do enjoy some red highlights sometimes.

OMG yes, I think I still have that pic somerwhere...and I'll admit it almost stopped me from ever tenting the guy again. But then I remembered BSC was installed a ditched that.

@TigressM -- my niece and nephew have the same eye colors you are describing. I remember looking at them and thinking wow, that's amazing to look at because it's like looking into a pool with swirling colors. I bet a lot of eye make-up compliment your eye colors because you have a wider range to work with.



@Jess -- I had seen pictures of you before, but that photograph you just posted is amazing. It's the whole composition of it. The soft white background, the pale pink shirt, the barely there lip gloss. I bet that your husband went crazy over that photo! I'll be shocked if you're not using that as your profile photo on Facebook or something.
