Finally get a break at work and what is the first thing my eyes see - BBWistair! *so am not re-posting the pic* Had to leave the thread until the brain burn died. And what's worse - my boss saw it! Try to explain that to someone who knows nothing about gaming! argh!



Anyway, I didn't realize that dialogue was part of the Dialogue tweaks. I haven't played a mage until now and I've so many mods in the game, I can barely remember what the vanilla game is like.



It was such a cute dialogue for my female mage. He was stuttering. I didn't get the part about the toad though. Just his cute stuttering about how she didn't look like a mage.

I don't have DT and I know I've heard that. Or could it be a pc bug and I am remembering it from the xbox?

I'm just curious, which part of that dialogue was added through the Dialogue Tweaks? As far as I remember that mage dialogue has always been there. But maybe I'm just losing it after having played this game the last nine months...

Actually, I removed dialogue tweaks a long time ago because it conflicted with another mod.  I have IRS-A, ZDF & the MRP.

There is a Dialouge Tweaks compatible ZDF though.

ZDF and DT both fix a good number of lines that are broken.

Thanks. She is my Duster I currently play, and probably the first char who'll makes it through the whole Zevran romance, since she is very much unimpressed by Alistair I like playing a DC a lot more than a DN...well I'm all for the underdogs, it seems.

I'm a fan of Leliana. I'm also a dude. But no matter if you play a male warden that romances Morrigan or Leliana, a Dwarven Warden that plays the part of King Maker (trying to get himself in line to become Dwarven King by supporting Harrowmont while getting Alistair to be King), or a female Warden that becomes Queen...



I do think Alistair is the main character of DAO.... NOT the Warden. He's royal blooded, the heir to the throne, and if you think about it, the central character. And while there are many theories where people claim that "if" there was a canon ending it would be male warden/dark ritual/morrigan love.....



I'm leaning towards the Female-Alistair-King/Queen Pairing. Which if you think about it, if you play the female noble warden, you play the love interest, not the other way around. Which is clever.

Omeron the reformed hero, who went US and changed a lot from the thug he was.
and Bob the lyrium addled crazy, who thought Alistair was the reincarnation of the Paragon Aeducan, and Sten was his long lost father.

Oh, man, I have a dwarf that romanced everyone (didn't finish my recent one, which was paired with Leliana) and even a dwarf that didn't romance anyone! I find that I prefer DN for Alistair and Leliana and DC for Zevran and Morrigan. I really like the DC origin, but I think I ultimately like the DN origin a teeny teeny bit more because of the "commander of Orzammar's army" training. It just dovetails so nicely with becoming the commander of Grey Wardens like it's the big destiny. Much in the same way that a human noble's background flows nicely with being potentially the next ruler of Ferelden.

Y'all have such wonderful-looking dwarf characters! Lol, mine look like trolls that had bad bad bad plastic surgery...I finally gave up after going through the game once with a dwarf noble.
