I agree. The whole younger-man-in-my-bed exchange in RtO really made me want to feed the old hag to that ogre.

I don't think that would be possible considering you have to kill Bhelen on the spot if he doesn't get the crown. Unless they can turn a dead dwarf into a golem.

But what happens to the children?  They started yelling at us and then they ran.  After killing the Wynne and the other adults, I went back up the hall to see if I could find them, but they vanished.

What a wonderful thing to wake up to!  It always bugged me that Alistair didn't respond at all during the flirtation.  That bothered me almost as much as how Alistair stands there gazing at the clouds while Sten is attacking my warden.

Quiet thread today.  

I'm not sure how I managed to get stuck with cooking Thanksgiving dinner for my whole family.  I'm facing two days of cooking, so I won't have much time to play.  



I can't see that it's going to end well for these two.  This duster doesn't have much patience and she can't tolerate getting pushed around.  Alistair was able to handle her sparing Branka, and I was astonished that he didn't disapprove of her killing Wynne and the other mages who were with her.  But the next stop is Redcliffe.   Things are bound to get more strained.

She dosent let my dad help since he eats most of the food while "helping"

Alistair wont like my current Dalish who will romance him.



She wont kill Loghain, even though she hardened Alistair. Gah this will be a sad ending.

I like Alistair's eulogy more than Anora's to be honest. His sounds like a friend at a funeral, while Anora sounds well like a politician.

I am seriously being abusive over the last runs I have done it seems.

@Giggles--I replayed an older character to get the slider for Leliana that some had not heard of before. My current playthrough will have a much happier ending than this one did. Though I have never heard Anora's eulogy, I'm not sure I want to after hearing how bad she is in it.

Sadly Cyrus is my offical US warden that I had to do. Cant have ALL my games end with DR or LR really.

@Giggles, I hear you there. I have made at least one PT with each origin, then three more with my HNM. I didn't like the drunk Alistair/Loghain sacrifice I did on my CE elf either. His people's lot in life did not improve like it should have if Alistair had been made king.

Alistair's slide concerns me though. He seems to be too focused on popularity and making people happy. I am pretty confident that he will marry or try to produce an heir in time though.



While Anora's slide does show progress and innovation being made, it also concerns me. She dosent remarry and that could lead to another civil war which can undo all the good she does.



When they both marry it seems to indicate the best ending for Fereldan but I cant see any happiness in that union.

Yeah, there is very little there. Alistair I think tries, but Anora is hung up on his likeness to Cailan and odd sense of humor in her view. A hardened single Alistair does make a good king, but if you are his chancellor it ends up better for Fereldan.

Honestly all the endings leave room for Fereldan to be so screwed over.



Orzamar can be happy.

Redcliffe can be happy

The Mages can be happy

The Dalish can be happy



Everything except the throne of Fereldan can be fully fixed. Bioware can easily screw Fereldan over and make everything fall apart.

Well, the children escape so you don't actually kill them.

One thing that helps is to not talk to her at Ostagar. She is much more aggressive with you in that case and if you take a defensive stance yourself she will become even more of an ass. You still have to say that you intend to cleanse the Circle for her to attack though, but I found it much easier when the biddy b!tch was acting like that.
