" He's doing something with the mages, QUICK! use the litany"!
... Umm ok ... how? I don't think it works.

Funny that people are talking about not knowing how to use the Litany. On my current playthrough I wanted to side with the Templars but I didn't wanted to actually express that desire, so after telling Cullen to sod off I pretended that my Warden had no idea how to use the Litany and couldn't save the mages... poor Irving. :(

I did not know that could even happen ( well aside from the right and all). No matter how many play throughs I get through I am still surprised. I guess you would have to have the templars then?

Yes, Greagoir will only accept Irving's word and that's only if you don't agree with Cullen as Irving surrenders if you do.

Sorry, I realize this is off topic in a sense, just stepping in here for one moment to let you know the Elf version of the kiss is up. *pant*

Hmm I wonder what would happen if Alistair and Anders met. Would they be friends?

Edit:I was just thinking of how awesome it would have been for Ali to be in Awakening if you got the GW ending with him and then that question accured to me.

Nice shot! Can't wait to play next game as an elf.

Okay, I do have a question, though...where do the body tattoos come from?

The tattoos... they were just me playing around in Photoshop with body textures.

It took me a long time to figure out the litany on my first playthrough, but I did manage to do it by the time Irving came up.  I lost almost all the other mages, though.  I was shocked how easy the Uldred battle was on my second playthrough.

I think... I think I just squeed.  It was a very manly squee though.

I am elated for Morrigan fans because this was long overdue. However and don't kill me for saying this, but I'm hoping the DLC provides the option to kill Morrigan if the player wished. All the other companions, including Alistair, are killable. People had their reasons for executing Alistair at Landsmeet. I definitely have wardens that would have run Morrigan through with a sword. My canon Aeducan did not like Morrigan's revealation that she had an ulterior motive for tagging along form the start. She's already been played by her brother. The sense that Morrigan was playing her and Alistair ... if it was possible to kill Morrigan in origins, I would have considered it. I do appreciate the phrase, "But whether you seek answers, revenge, or reconciliation with your lost love, you may find more than you bargained for" because it suggests that there's room for a hostile reunion.

I am probably going to play my male Brosca that romanced Morrigan first. I love good romance stories. =p

I doubt you'll have the option to kill her considering David Gaider has stated that Morrigan's story won't be over with this DLC. Not that I disagree with your sentiment. Everyone should have the option to do the things their character would want to do (not that my character would want to hurt Morri...:().

But if they are planning on having Morrigan be an important character in the franchise, I doubt she is killable.
If she is killable, then it pretty much means that Morrigan will no longer have an essential role. But we did hear speculation and hints from devs that Morrigan might appear in DA2.

I guess we'll have to wait and see.

And don't worry. Your life isn't forfeit for saying this. Yet. Posted Image

Somewhere I have a conflict because I'm only getting the old kiss animation.  :(  I tried doing a search on alistair_kiss_elf but nothing, took out everything related to elf kissing in IRS and still won't work.  Any ideas??

I figured that would be the case when Flemeth made her grand appearance in DA2 promos. I will reserve opinion until I see how the DLC plays out. I am actually excited about this one for a chance. I was really embarrassed after the golem DLC. I was so proud of a dwarf related DLC coming out and when I saw how weak it was, I was just ... ugh. People were saying it was the worst DLC of the bunch and I just wanted to weep for how far Orzammar had fallen. Dace didn't even acknowledge my dwarf as a dwarf, y'know?

I'm ready to end my dwarf's journey and say goodbye. Depending on what Morrigan reveals in the DLC, I may go back and redo my canon ending so she rides off in the sunset with Alistair. I really thought there would be dire consequences to doing the ritual with Alistair and I thought if he walked off in anger at Landsmeet, I could find him later in a sequel and try to get him to be a GW again. My way of giving the virtual finger to the writers for trying to pigenhole me into agreeing to the ritual and all, but they definitely got the last laugh.

Ok, something in IRS was conflicting since when I took IRS out completely, it triggered.  And...:o<3  It's gorgeous, Dahlia!!!  Now to figure out what is conflicting.  You are a genius.  I really love that the camera zooms in so closely.  Awesome.

I picked the Landsmeet Chamber foyer for this.  I thought it was just the right spot for a passionate kiss, before you go face the lions.

It's taken care of in the version I put on Bioware today.

Edit: unless you are running the private beta? In which case find the file "alistair_kiss_elf.cub and .cut" out of the "mild romances" folder and you will be good to go.

Oh, no , it is actually something I have taken notice of in all of your pics and vids. They always seem like a higher res than what I work with. (1680 x 1050 ) so the shots seem farther away..
(in game 1280 x 720)
