Send Drunkenstair a note that reads:
"Duncan never loved you", and he would curl up into a ball and cry for a week.
Also this coming game is going to be Alistair's lowest moment I think.
He is ending up a hardened drunk, who loses the woman he loves who will run into Zevran's arms, then make Loghain do the DR.
Hide your booze people here comes Uber-Drunkistair.

Sometimes I miss WoW, but mostly not. I figure, if I can't even get excited about beta testing Cataclysm, it's time to stop playing. I miss playing with friends, but that's about it.
DA still hasn't gotten boring for me. It helps to have Alistair around.
Hey, where's Storm been?
Yeah, DA has still been interesting, if only because of my FF and my tenative forays into the toolset. And Alistair always makes it worth it.
I think Storm mentioned having some more surgeries now that the halo came off.
Hope she and cme are doing okay.

Though I lack a lot of respect for any person who puts their feelings over the fate of a nation, and their duty they swore to uphold. But thats just me, I guess leaving a nation to be devoured because you lost a person you knew for six months entitles you to that.

I think it's a culmination of a lot of things that he's lost by that point. It's not just Duncan.

Duncan this Duncan that, DUNCANDUNCANDUNCAN sodding Duncan.
I get that he thinks he owes him something, but to abandon what Duncan fought for to prove a point is well bad.

Makes perfect sense to me, although I'm equally sure that he'd be deeply regretful later on, but we've ridden that merry-go-round too many times for it to be worth a return visit, I think.

Its also funny how he begs you to help him save Fereldan if you dig your heels in.RagingCyclone wrote...
What I don't like about his Duncan fit is that he thumps you hard if you persist about finding Fergus in Lothering. Just saying.
He says its too important to leave behind or do nothing, yet its ok for him to leave.

It's one of the very few times he and Morrigan agree on something. The Fergus part. On the Orzammar part when you ask where it is when playing a dwarf, then Morrigan calls Ali a fool because you have never been to there from the surface.
