I know what you mean. When people talk about killing Leliana at the ashes I die a little.
Ah I had one game where I spared Loghain and had Alistair executed.
I was crying so hard.
Worst part is my PC had romanced him so I got the betrayal speech.

I can see doing it for your evil jerk characters, but not with the ones that you hold dear to your heart (Leliana included). I'm playing my evil jerk now, and I just can't stand her.
Edit for clarity:
I can't stand the jerk, not Leliana.

I would have thought people have gotten use to it by now, that's like 50% of my posts here and in the old one.

When I was done I think I had lost a good chunk of my soul in the process.

I think coming back from the landsmeet and finding the empty chest would make me literaly throw up. Do you have to kill Lel if you defile the ashes, or is that just if she comes with you? because I need the acheivment.
If she is at camp she leaves you, unless you also have Wynne in which case she takes presedense.
However if hardened you can intimadate her into staying.

Some of us are softies like that. Well, not for Alistair in my case!
Actually, even for Alistair, I've never had him executed. The only warden who would've done that is my CE, but she will marry him to Anora, mostly to annoy him.

If she's hardened you can intimidate her. If you leave her at camp you can lie to her so that she doesn't leave the party. You only have to kill her if she's with you at the moment you defile the ashes and she's unhardened.
And I agree, coming back from the Landsmeet to find Alistair's gear on that chest was just sickening. Funny, considering I don't really care that much for him, but it still made me feel so dirty the one time I did it just to test out the scenario.

There is a chest full of his gear right behind where he stands in Arl Eamon's place if you execute him.Tigress M wrote...

That said I have the Zevran Dialogue Fix and Morrigan Dialogue Fixpack.
D:
Do I have to uninstall that for Ser Gilmore? Because the one time I tried he never showed up in Lothering.
Edit: Also DWW Alistair is a beast. He keeps stealing my kills!

Bad enough I almost spared Loghain my first playthrough. Alistair can be scary when pissed off.
Edit: I couldn't believe my eyes when that option came up for my Warden in WH about Morrigan. That came totally out of left field. I was also miffed that I had to use the betrayed line to get through to the next part of the conversation. Marlana didn't consider the DR to be a betrayal.
And yes, I know, plenty of people do, but I never used any of those comments in DAO, much less WH.

I can't bare to have him become a drunk. D:

The Gilmore thing is a little complicated. I don't have ZDF or MDF. It was a big DL, and I had to DL it a couple of times because it was getting corrupted. If I recall correctly, put all of the zips in their own folder - ie on your desktop or something. Then unzip the first part, and it will automaticly unzip the rest of the parts.
