At that point I have my ES Posthumus or Amon Amarath pumped up so no big.
But yes that was badly delivered, however I dont like Alistair's version either.
Both of them come off phony and lacking oomph to their speech.

Steve V. does a much better job at the gate then at the speech, some of his best work in DA.

I've never read the books.. but, from the thread I gather that there is conjecture that Alistair's mother was Fiona, an elf... but what about Goldana's mother, who was supposedly his mother.. which I am more incline to believe (remember I haven't read the books) because Alistair doesn't appear to have any elven qualities for being half-elf..

Strangely Alistair's speech there sounds a lot better in German actually. While I disliked the rest of the synchro of Alistair (Come on it's SV in the original!) he delivers the speech quite well here.

No, Alistair's children will be human because he is human, even if their mother is an elf as well.

The exception would be for a dwarf - there are half-dwarves.  They are intermediate in height between humans and dwarves.

Thanks for the background.  I'll post some screenshots if I can get his face to look right in the character creator.  Presets often get a little mangled.  I think I fixed his nose back to the way it should be.

I wonder if I should call him Aden?  That might be a little weird, if I stray too much from your warden's story.  I had planned for this character to make a lot of the decisions that my other characters were too soft to do.  This warden will be one of those "whatever is necessary" types, so I don't think Leliana will like him much. And he might not have much patience for her either.   Alistair's probably going to have problems with him as well

Harden Leliana tuppence and outside of wiping out the urn, she has little problem with most of what you do.

I always harden alistair for some reason, mainly since telling someone "dont let the world walk on you" is the most sound advice you can give, even though in the game its harshly done.

EDIT: SurelyForth has a point, that kiss is damn fine.
