Giggles - Very well detailed account of the final batte right up to the killing blow.  And you've delivered Alistair's own battle of survivor's guilt really well.

I based it around how one of our family friends who is a Vietnam vet described it.

He got hurt and saw his friend run out of cover and die.
He said even so many years later he feels horrible about it, and guilty.

@Giggles - really well written *sniffle*

@KoP - you really really need the 'Circles be Gone' mod, get rid of those things!

@Giggles - "They called him the hero, but almost none of them knew that the real hero was the body of an elf being carried on the shields of Legion of the Dead warriors." -- That was eloquent. Excellent fill, my friend.

Be impressed. Be very impressed. I don't catch many beheadings and Zevran rarely gets them, but somehow I managed to catch this. Zev was so proud of me.

@Giggles - Wow, beautiful.

*looks at her fill* Hm, I think I might have to rethink what I'm doing.

Yeah, I don't use the circles begone mod because I find them useful to help me target friendlies when I need to.

@KoP - I'm really enjoying your screenshots since you got your PC.  That ToP RDT you posted on the previous page looks like Arcturus is dancing.

@rak - the  chocolate accented quote was pretty funny.  I like dark chocolate.

@Giggles - that was beautifully written and illustrated!  I've only done the sacrifice 3 times - Alistair, Loghain & my pc.  No more.  Too sad.  I don't care if there's a old god baby loosed on the world.  Are you still working on part 2 of the lyrium story?

*edited to add:  I'm like Tigress.  I need my circles.  :P

Here's an old recycled RDT of a modded Zev, effectively shutting up Taliesen.

Aw, damn, Yankee!   I'm not sure if I should weep or get angry at that picture.  :?

LadyD, Nice one. I wondered where he would get his heir, or if he would just name Fergus or Teagan as his successor.

Giggles, I feel that pain.

Yankee, nice pic. I haven't done that part, not sure I want to now.

Giggles, I feel that pain.

Given that Teagan is over fifteen years older than him and Fergus is also older, I doubt it would make much sense to make either of them king but if they had any children...

@Giggles - you should post a link to your story in the Guest Prompt topic at the Alistair challenge group so that it doesn't get lost.

@Yankee - That was me and my first Warden (except she was a rogue). Beautiful piece. I made hubby look at it. Well done.

@tuppence - I remember that one! I still love it.

Its actually nice to get a compliment on my writing.

Every other time I got a review on my creative writings I had teachers tell me to try something else, and that I had problems with it.

@ Giggles - I think it's mainly what you're writing about. I like to think I'm a somewhat creative person, but if the subject bores me to tears, the creativity goes poof.

Whenever I write anything, people have to remind me that people apparently care what the people look like, what the scenery looks like, other random descriptive things I always skip in the things I read...Posted Image

Lol Sarah, I try to keep some descriptiveness. It's just that when it's fanfic, I get a little lazy with the character appearances...
