And to upload your pictures, you need to play through the launcher, if you do it through the console, it won't update.

Her age in the toolset is stated at 32.  We all know the toolset isn't the most reliable, but I'd say that probably close.  I peg her about mid-30's.  Probably no younger than 30 and if she really was justa  girl when she entered Loghain's service, 40 is probably pushing it.
