I have yet to complete a colonist run (that was my male game and I HATE the voice) but my Spacer Shepard has somewhat masochistic tendencies in that she is determined to win over species that hate humanity and so that batarian who almost killed Mordin's assistant saying something like 'Human nobility? I didn't know such a thing existed' after she explained he wasn't trying to kill them and let them go was the biggest squee moment in the entire game for her. Odd character but quite fun.

@Giggles - Yeah, I hear ya. I hate doing it but I really want a drunk Alistair just in case it means something in DA2. And I'm actually kinda excited about trekking around with Loghain. I've never done that (outside of the only other time I spared him, but we went from the LM straight to Redcliffe so I didn't get to experience his party banter or his comments in RTO).

Nope, going for another happy ending here. As always (my job is depressing enough, don't need to add to it with my games).

Of course all this sad endings is really making my various FF ideas squabble over which one is getting written next.

Ask Ejoslin for her Loghain fix since it repairs a few lines that make the Redeemer ending much better.
Simon T just made the ending so emotional and its well worth seeing.

@Reika - That's me, 99% of the time, but I've got some other things I want to see, so I'm going to try to cram them all into one sad Ali game. The problem is that I'm already mourning his fate and Bera isn't even a GW, yet! I'm such a pushover. LOL

@Giggles - I have one Loghain dialog fix from her but I'm going to the DR with him so I can see his cameo in Awakening.

I just read Surley's undertow, it made me so sad that I need to put aside Drunkenstair for a while and do a lovey dovey, kittens and rainbows run with him. I don't have the heart to do the Drunkenstair in love run - its going to be with Beth the evil dwarf. Although I might also go that way with my M!CE

With this run I will see the difference between a hardened/unhardened/romanced Drunkistair.

The only way I was able to do the Drunkenstair ending was with my HNM who spared Loghain and married Anora.  I figure, if it turns out that it matters if he's in love, I'll do another Origins run after I get DA2.  It'll give me reason to revisit Origins again.



@Tigress - thanks for the hairstyle info.  I thought it must be More Hairstyles, but it looked different from that angle.

Well, Tupp is playing the Leli romance. It's not unseen in this thread. Hell, even Addai played the Leli romance once (though I don't think she completed it).

And I'm not sure I'll be completing this romance!  

I like a lot of the dialog for Leliana.  This scene was cute.



But my Brosca character looks so awful in the love scenes, I don't think I can continue with her.  Her eyes look really creepy.  She looks kinda crazy.

Well to be fair, EVERYONE looks creepy in that scene. Yuki once posted a pic of her F!Warden in that position. It's the creepy eye position.

And I hear you on dwarves looking awful in love scenes. Which apparently means I'm a dwarf racist...

I did the US once and only once and that was with an elf he dumped -- she had no desire to live.  I've only done one WC, too, and that was with Loghain that one and only time I've spared him.  That's the one I can't bear to do with Ali, no matter how sweet his demand to take the killing blow is.  It would just break my heart to see him sacrifice himself for my PC.  Drunken Alistair is going to be bad enough, but I'll survive it, somehow.  

I can tell you this though, my next run is going to be a Dwarf (haven't decided which origin to play yet) and Alistair is going to have his hands full, from start to finish!  She's going to stuck to him like cat hair on woolen slacks, from the moment she lays eyes on him.

I love my dwarves!  But that love scene was just not fun to watch.  I'm afraid to let my Aeducan romance Alistair now.  Both my dwarf females might end up being loners.


@Melca - what did you do to Alistair's hands?  They look odd.
