Okay, while I have nothing to do with that prompt, in all fairness, my first thought was of Beast from Beauty in the Beast. whom I love.  Beast was hot.  I was sad when he got turned back into a human.

I loved the Vampire!Alistair fics, too, and Grumpy Theron.    And A Steamy Affair.  And Indulgence and Incarnadine (whish isn't finished yet and it's driving me insane.)

Not yet, but it will be eventually. And I can't wait. Really, I'm dying here. Ok, I said I died yesterday but it's not true, it's a long process. *cracks whip*

Yeah, I hoped they would tell us where Lost Youth was published. I even tried to find it via Google, but to no avail.

You know I was trying to catch up on the gush thread here but after the last few pages:sick:

I am very sensual by nature , I can deal with alot of different smutt . Threesome's , foursomes, girl/girl , guy/guy.... I can handle most of this . Doesn't bother me . The dead stuff is defiling a person's memory . Pixel,fantasy or other wise . That's just my 2 cent take on it.

There's one more place, too....if you and Alistair are alone and kiss, it sounds like his line beforehand is read by someone else

Aw, sorry.  My  memory really sucks, and I'm toolset-incompetent.

The line with Harrowmount was when he started out saying, "Thank you Lord/King (can't remember which title he used) Harrowmount ... " and I think he went on to say what he hoped he'd accomplish as King.  It sounded like he was just reading it from a piece of paper.

The line outside Tower of Ishaal was right after they are told the tower is filled with darkspawn.  Alistair says a line with our pc looking at him, and at the end of the line the pc turns to the camera.  It just looked and sounded unnatural.

I'll have to listen for the kiss alone line.


And I'll add my vote for less kmeme talk.  I agree with Briiel.  I'm a big fan of smut ... especially Alistair smut.  But that dead body or animal stuff is ick.



Edit - @Sky - your HNM is really cute!  Your female mage ... not so cute.    (at least in that pic, she isn't.)

Oh! I'm soooooo squeeing! After almost a year of playing and I can STILL find dialog bits I've never heard before! Alistair's just hit Bera up for a kiss and her response to his "will you miss it?" was the "there'll always be fighting" line which I've never bothered to choose before. It's my new favorite! I love his "but that doesn't mean we'll be fighting them together" reply!

Of course, it just breaks my heart because he'll throw all that away in the not so distant future, but for now, Bera's loving his attentions. (As if THAT's a surprise to anyone who knows me.)

@Tigress: it took 2 weeks to get this profile pic to upload. For some reason it tells me I have 76 files in the alotted 50 . So i removed all the screenshots and stuff and Im still full. I got rid of all my other profiles and I still can't get any to load. It says my Elissa is one of them which I know can't be because my first character the old Elissa went poof when my old computer went out.

@Ouch! I can usually get them to upload pretty quickly by taking off a piece of equipment and doing a hard save but the past few days it's been REALLY sluggish. Of course, now that I gripe about it, what happens? It finally updates. ROFL

The Bioware guys (I think Fernando Melo was one) suggest removing or changing a piece of your gear and then doing a Save as opposed to an auto save or a quick save.  That still doesn't really work for me though.

@Sarah - that was a very funny story!  I almost didn't read it because I so did not want to read about bestiality.  I'm glad I did.

After you do that, go into your game profiles and back out, that helps too. Usually when I do that, it updates immediately after I do a new hard save after changing equipment in the game, then visit my game profile page.

I've tried that too.  Mine almost always take a long time unless it's for a temporary character that I don't want on my profile.  Then it almost always updates immediately.  

The other thing they suggested was to try to change locations.  They said the mechanics that record your equipped gear and moving to a location that will bring up that transition window are somehow related to the mechanics that store profile info.
