It is indeed "Natural Bodies All in One" but I believe you'll need DAO-Modmanager to install it.

Lol, you need to use Rage's Clothed Prisoners, which has a file that will cover up Cailan, too. That was absolutely horrifying...had no idea and came up to him unawares. My husband heard my shriek of horror from outside on the terrace! Lol, will never forget that.

Well, I'm depressed. I somehow had Zev up to 48 when I finally got done with the LM and so when I triggered the romance (using the "Do you stare at everyone" line) it bumped him to 50, putting him at care. The next time I talked to him, he didn't offer a massage -- I'm guessing because his approval was too high. So, it looks like I'm going to have to do ANOTHER playthrough and try my best to keep my Wardens eyes (and hands) off Alistair and focus on Zev. Man, that's going to be tough. LOL

Anywho... have some more Bera/Alistair smut.

@Tigress - Zev is a tough romance, but I really did like it, it's so heartfelt. I used ejoslin's wonderful romance faq that held my hand through the pitfalls. Lol, I did cheat, however, and used the 'Polygamay' (not my spelling) mod so my warden could have Alistair, as well. I know...bad, but very fun!

It's installed finally. Wasn't sure, so I ran the scene again - please don't ask me how many times- it is much better without the codpiece. As a test, I unequipped Alistair's armor in camp. I think I heard Wynne gasp. Yep, he likes my warden alright. Wasn't quite expecting that.

I'll be okay if the rest of the romance goes as it should.  But, I'm worried because having tried this in the past, I've found things like, I don't get offered the earring, etc and I'm afraid I'll miss out on even more.  I'm going to keep trying though, and see where it goes.  

We'll see -- maybe it will turn out okay.

I did quite enjoy it, and Zevran while romanced at the gates is really well done.
