Okay, for those (KoP) who've spared Loghain and gotten his cameo in Awakening, when does he show up?
@Yankee - That's a powerfully moving image. Your pictures speak volumes. Thank you for sharing.

Very good Melca, and with a Cousland. Nice touch. Another character of yours?

Thank you. :) I have a City Elf I am planning to do the Ultimate Sacrifice ending.  It just dawned on me that it would be an interesting 'What if'  if Elissa survived.

I might do a fan fiction where Kallian saves Elissa from Howe when the group goes to Highever Castle seeking aid and they find it in shambles and overtaken by Howe's men.

Thank you Tigress and Errant.

My theme was about two broken people finding each other. Glad you enjoyed it. :)

Is it going to be first person? Of course it is. I can't deal with that, lol.

Now, that's exciting! Wouldn't mind a little more story and NPC interaction than we usually get from Elder Scrolls, But it's always a good time.

No luck yet Merill?

Nope. I can't get the DAUpdater service to install. Will try tomorrow again. Dahlia gave me another workaround or better said forum link which I have to check after a couple hours of sleep. At least some of the mods are working now (such as Shadow Warden armor etc.) I have tested that with my craptastic standard Dalish elf, though. DA Modder is indeed easier to use and it indeed works...unlike Modmanager

How do I get the many CC-creator mods compitable, though? I created a master XML file with CharGenMorph. compiler but what to do with it? Where to put it? And I have yet to delete the other CharGenMorph.XLM wiles, right?

Meril, put the new chargen in the override folder, and yes, get rid of the other ones. If you have more than one chargen xml it will cause the game to lockup and/or crash.

Good evening/morning, all!

Just thought I'd pop in for a moment to let y'all know that yep, I'm still around. Between end-of-year craziness at work, holiday shopping, finishing Dragon Age Awakening, trying out the new content on Star Trek Online AND doing some testing for DC Universe Online it didn't give me a lot of time to hang out here and discuss our favorite (and hunkiest) Grey Warden.

I was hoping to include a little something with this post but apparently it's going to have to wait a bit longer. While the end-of-year nutsiness isn't completely over, I hopefully will be able to spend a little more time with you all, my fellow Alistairians. :)

Talk to you soon!

With that I have created a master XLM file, actually... but I don't know where to put it. Just in the override folder without to put it in any of the mod folder from which I have combined the other XML files into this master file?

And yeah, I have managed to install the DAUpdate service finally. Thanks to your picture, Zjar <3  I hope that the DLC is somewhat back.now :crying:

Edit: Yay it worked. All DLC are available/authorized again *happy dance* :D The mistake was really only the missing DAUpdater.service (honestly Bioware a MANDATORY service or otherwise one is screwed? Really? Ugh.)

There is light on the other side of the tunnel after all. :wizard:

Oh yay!! I'm glad the pic helped. I figure a visual description is always better than a ton of "yada, yada, yada".

The combined XML file goes in the main override folder.

True words. I find it easier myself too. Then again I have been always a woman who hated Maths, biologic etc but loved languages. Thanks for all your help, though. Especially Dahlia who put up with me all day via Skype and Zjar for the tech help- Now I can concentrate myself to get the mods working to finally start...well ...playing. Lol. :D

It's not that I wasted half of my weekend agonizing over a game and trying to figure out how to fix what Bioware/EA had broken with the crappy service device in the first place. Nooo, totally not. Cough.

So I might ask the one or other Noob question here. Argh who am I kidding I will ask many stupid questions Please bear with me.

Well, ideally all of the prompts that are going to be filled for a topic will be done by Saturday when the next is announced. Guest prompts don't really have an expiration date and, as Zjarcal has pointed out in the past, the prompts aren't a contest so there really is nothing stopping someone from filling a past prompt at any point in time.

Esbatty, prompts are announced on Saturday and you have until the next prompt is announced to submit. Unless it's a guest prompt, which are announced whenever someone has the urge and there is no deadline to fill.

Edit: Posted Image'd
