Randi's going to make me lose my hair, I think. The next time anyone says it's easy to fall into a relationship with Alistair, I think I may blow my top. Sure it's easy if you pick all the sweetest sounding replies in EVERY conversation. Otherwise, not so much. I honestly do not believe Randi has managed to get out of a convo with Alistair with a + to approval more than twice the entire game. I had no idea he was so durn picky about what you say to him!

Nice. Thank you Lady D., seems like I'm even set for the second part of the series with that new PC of mine. Would be sad otherwise, really, but nonetheless possible since I deliberately didn't buy a high end machine. I rarely game on the PC after all. It is however nice to know that my PC can handle this game with breeze *pats her quadcore processor* (okay video card might not be high-end by any means (Radeoan HD 5500), but it will suffice for it, so *shrug* ) I doubt that I have the urge to make many screenshots of Hawke and Co anyway, lol.

Tigress: My Dalish knows how hard it can be to get Alistair into a relationship. Oi vay, is it difficult with those two. Carys is in Orzammar now, and I expect the relationship to kick into high gear when it's all done.

That's good to hear. For all that I'm not euphoric about this game, I sure flail much about the system requirements, lol. However been a lazy gal today. Should have write a bit after family stress today... or playing but haven't done either, cough. At least I haz now the full version of fraps...and I love it.

Does anyone know why the videos are so effing big in seize when recording? (my test vid of 45 sec was 910MB ) And how do I get a different profile pic to upload? I might give it a shot, as well.

Edit: Thanks for the links, Zjarcal <3 I forgot to set the pic on read only...so it disappeared again *d'oh* Now I have to play that character again for a few minutes and hope it uploads this time. Sigh.

Is there any possibily to make frap-videos smaller afterwards? That amount on disk space they seize up would be terrifying if I have more videos than one.

Thanks, Zjar. Taking a little break right now on my die roll character to catch up here. Going through the Deep Roads right now. Probably my favorite part of the game, and even with her the Dead Trenches bridge was done under two minutes.

Yeah, the key is to get a pic the exact same size (146x146), name it the exact same thing, and make sure it's read-only so the game doesn't update the photo with the rest of your profile.

Then... try all the tricks to get your profile to update here -- usually what works for me is to go in-game, take a piece of equipment off, hard save, and exit. That usually gets my profile to update within an hour. Not always, though, oh no. Maker forbid the site be consistent with updating profiles. LOL

This derp is compliments of Randi.  This was the look on Alistair's face right after she called him "my Prince".
