I figured that I'd go ahead and post the stats on the Golems of Amgarrak items that you get for completing the DLC. Here's what you get:
The High Regard of House Dace (Amulet)
Origins
+6 Cunning
+7% Melee Crit Chance
+1/+2 Combat Stamina Regen
+50 Stamina
Chance to avoid missile attacks
Sash of Forbidden Secrets (Belt)
Origins
+6 Willpower
+6 Spellpower
Improves Blood Magic
+15 Mental Resistance
The items are identical in both Awakening and Origins. Which makes sense, as they're very powerful items as it is.

As a note, I just checked the values on both items. Both are worth over 20 Gold if you sell them.

I got the sash, but I didn't get anything else. I'm on the xbox 360 version if that matters. Also, I only have the one achievement of actually beating it. I didn't get all the research notes.

How do you get the Mace? Do you have to beat it on Hard? Amulet & Belt transferred just fine. I didn't get the Mace.

You have to kill the last boss on Hard or higher difficulty to get the Grim Reaper achievement and the mace.

Each item is tied to one of the Achievements.

That I didn't realize. I haven't beaten the thing on Hard or Nightmare yet, so I was unaware of this. Unfortunately, I deleted my character that I went through the thing with, so I'll see if a Rogue with Master Stealth can do a better job than the Warrior I tried. If I manage it, I'll put the stats for it in the first post.

I managed it on Nightmare with my DW/Archer Rogue, but I warn you - even with Maximum Stealth and very high CUN I still couldn't stealth against the Harvester, it just said it wasn't a high enough rank. I basically used the Shadow Decoy skill to distract it a lot while I shot it full of arrows. Everyone else was dead by that point.

Thanks for the heads-up, Eudaemonium. I've re-rolled my Orlesian Grey Warden and made him a Dex-based Rogue. Hopefully the higher Defense (I'm rocking 125 at the moment) will allow me to do better than the Cunning Rogue I was trying before.

125 defense won't help at all
my Brogan tank with 724 HP, 59 armor buffed and 127 def was taking insane dmg throughout the whole fight and had to drink potions almost constantly, but the boss can be killed on nightmare with zero rangers

Well, I just swapped some equipment around, and I'm now working with 141 Defense. I also expect to find at least 2 Greater Tomes of the Mortal Vessel, so it will increase by at least 4 points. Add to that the fact that I'm going to level up at least once, and I'm expecting to end up with at least 150 Defense. Beyond that, I'm going to have to hope I get lucky.

No amount of defense will help you in the final battle. The yellow and red corpses can hit you with normal melee attacks even if your defense is greater than 240. I respecced my lvl 35 Rogue character to see how high the corpses' attacks are, removing everything put into Cunning, putting it into Dex instead. That didn't help a bit; they'll still annihilate you in melee combat.

Wait... so "the Golem's Might" is just that stupid one handed axe? Lame.

The mace would be more appreciable if it had rune slots.

No kidding! I wonder why they priced the value so high? The only downside is the mace is glitched it doesn't retain its spiky look that it has in GoA instead it looks like a plain old mace.
Would have considered using it for my Arcane Warrior on Awakening but I want something cool looking not a stupid regular looking mace.

The Mace is not glitched, it uses a Awakening model so that model dosnt actualy exist in Origens.
