It was ok. It should have been closer to 240 points. It's not that long, or is it all that hard. I expected some big epic dlc based on the previews. This was a pretty small dlc over all. I also want to know what big rewards are supposed to be in our regular and awakenings games.

If Jerrick can have Snug the Bronto, can't we get our Dog back in Awakenings?

I would pay to get my Dog back.

That always bugged me. The story behind the Dog is that the mabari hounds bond with their masters. If we import our DAO warden into awakenings, shouldn't the dog be there?

Yeah that trailer had me thinking this was going to be a HUGE new area. Lots of new stuff to see and what not. It was pretty bland.

I will not spoil anything, but i have a feeling this DLC will have to do with a side quest in DA2

Does anyone know if we'll be able to tweak our Wardens in a character generator situation before we fire this up? I imagine my warden to be a bit oolder and more grim.

<--And no, it's not this one :D

Am I the only one who thinks it's wierd that this DLC takes a whole 1 GB of disk space? It's like the largest (disk space wise) DLC ever. But it's just 1 room! Why so much space?

In fact even description said it's 310 MB.

Honestly, guys, I feel that Darkspawn Chronicles is better than this.

I think the should take more time to make larger DLC.Its quality not quantity thats counts,as they say.I dont want to pay $5-$7 on meh DLC that only last for an hour or so,I want to pay..idk,$15-$20 on an awesome, satisfying, and LONG DLC.

And I HATE difficulty trophies. I cant even get the stupid Traverler trophy and now I have to beat a boss on hard -__-

Sigh,If they keep doing this to me I will never get to 100% trophies on DA >.<

I was a bit dissapointed to. I expected it to be much more difficult. Granted, on the first time playing I had it on Casual, so maybe on Hard/Nightmare it'll pose a much worthier challenge. Need that last Achievement, after all. I'll play through it again later tonight on Hard (maybe even Nightmare if I'm feeling motivated) and see how it fares.

And, while minorly dissapointed, I think thats more from building this DLC up in my own mind far beyond what we were given, but thats no Bioware's fault. The more I think about it the more this DLC grows on me, but I still preferred Stone Prisoner and Leliana's Song to this one, though liked Golems more than Darkspawn Chronicles, Warden's Keep, Return to Ostagar, etc. So, its a fair to middling score from me.

Seems most people are feeling "meh" towards this. I'll probably wait to pick it up after I'm done with my current origins/awakening story. The only DLC I haven't played/wanted is Darkspawn Chronicles but of them all... Leliana's Song has been my most favorite. I'd rather have DLC that focuses on old party members, to be honest XD

I only recently got all the achievements on the Xbox 360 version (though now I need to get the Beat Harvester on Hard/Nightmare after downloading Golems), but it wasn't difficult...it just took awhile.  If you're going to get the Traveler trophy/achievement, you need to make sure you visit EVERYWHERE, and check EVERY SINGLE DOORWAY.  Most people miss this because they overlook one of the houses or general store in Redcliffe, though you need to be vigilant throughout to look everywhere.  I got it on my second playthrough, completely unexpected (I thought I'd searched everywhere on my first playthrough, but obviously not).

And you're going to have to complete the majority of the game at least 3 times anyway to get the Level 20 achievements for the Warrior, Mage, and Rogue.  I ended up doing 4 playthroughs, twice with warriors (one two handed, one dual weilding), once with Rogue and Mage.

But honestly, play Golems on Casual, then amp it up to Hard once you're comfortable with it and know how the level is laid out/where the enemies are.  I'm convinced the Hard/Insanity Achievement won't be as difficult to claim as you think.

Some of the research notes are tough to find.  You're probably missing the one that is in the room with the Golems (the one just east of where you meet Brogan).  There's a chest in there in the northwest corner if I recall correctly, hidden behind a wall outcropping.  You have to go around a column to even see it.

Otherwise, there's more in the northern room with a switch and Golems, the one with like 5 or 6 treasure chests (the note is inside one).

Another is at the end, just before beating the harvester.  Its off the entrance room to the forge, north in a hallway by itself.

I think there are 5 or 6 altogether.

to me this was the third best DLC ( but to be honest i didnt buy DC)

Stone prisoner, and then Wardens Keep, then this.

Bioware, you know what makes your games better then most? story and choices and i dont know why for the past couple DLCs you have stayed away from one or the other. This DLC and the last one had somewhat of a story (even though in Leliana's Song was to be honest, a boring story, i knew what was going to happen and you didnt make me like her anymore then i already did. Leliana is my one of my fav character in the game, but a retold story is boring. You should do a story about past story about Morrigan, we know about her life but im sure she has stories to share.) but you have stayed away from choices. they dont have to be world changing ones but maybe you could give use a choice in the next dlc that changes someones life

It's enjoyable enough... for a dungeon-romp.

I wouldn't mind if BW swapped the Mass Effect and Dragon Age DLC teams for a few months though - they seem to be doing a lot of action in DA and a lot of story/choices in ME. It's bizarre.

Just beat it on hard... It took me a long time, because I didn't figure out the stupid switches for the longest time... And the Harvester was pretty hard to me... I used up most of my health potions that I was saving from Awakening. I liked it. This is a story that was hinted at in the epilogue of Dragon Age Origins. I'm glad we got to be filled in on that. Hopefully more to come. Unlike some of you, I'm happy about the DLC, except for DC... What's the point?

It was okay for a dungeon crawl, a bit generic but at least it had some sort of story.

Only managed to unlock 1 achievement which leaves me feeling a bit :/

What items are there that transfer to DA:O and DA:A? Did I need a certain achievement to get them?

I, similarly, really enjoyed this DLC (and the DLC in general - even DC, though substantially less than every other one). I played it on Nightmare (for the Achievement) and it took me close to 3 hours to finish it, with all the re-loads and that damn Harvester (who has an epically creepy design, IMO).

Note: I don't see how anyone could beat it on nightmare at level 20... Or even hard... I had trouble at level 35, with all the best armor/weapons/items from Origins and Awakening... It must be hard to just start a new character with that DLC.

Is the Harvester always level 37 regardless of player level? I dd it with my level 35 Awakening character. Even then she was the only one left standing and was having to use Decoy judiciously in order to win. My stealth-rank wasn't high enough to hide from it! =/

if you want bad dungeon crawl, then go it. storywise there are only 3 dialogues with zero choices, no backgrounds explained (like what that ugly creature is), no old compagnions but two boring dwarfs with absolutely nothing to say, no new enemies except the boss hunt, boring level building with no new assets and no loot beside runes... these 4euro are better spend in a meal!
