Look up your tracking number in your order history (it's also in your shipping confirmation email). Usually shipped via USPS or XPO - I don't know about Canada (tracking numbers often don't seem to work) - but to Europe it's USPS for trackable shipping and XPO for non-trackable.

I finally had the bright idea to submit a request and asked them! Dunno why I didn't think of that earlier; because it's obvious, I suppose. Turns out it was the one usual courier (at the UK end at least) that I didn't think of, typically. Er, which was the Home Delivery Network, for anyone else wondering...
I rather like the new packing system as it means I didn't have to leave it for a day or two on the dining table with something heavy sitting on it so it would uncurl, but I can see why some people might've got slightly dog-eared prints. I'm actually quite lucky since it appears customs had been poking around inside it, though to be fair they haven't damaged anything to date.

So I just got my lithos and I'm so excited I really don't notice that 3 out of the 4 corners have slight bends in them. So it looks like you guys need to hit the drawing board again with a new packing method. I don't know what was wrong with the old way. Never had a bent one come in before.
Got mine in and have to say that I preferred the ultra tight tube to the flat pack as my litho now has several heavy creases, folds and tears in it.
Not impressed as the litho itself is exceptional.

Haha yeah I'm spending a fair bit on my framing too. It's just so good!

Framing is expensive, although it's better to have them properly framed than to use tape or drawing pins to hold them to the wall, as I foolishly did with some collectible posters in my youth, including a signed poster of Tom Baker as Dr Who. I'm afraid to look at it now, it's in such a state.
Er anyway, for the more budget conscious, the likes of Amazon do some nice frames. They don't always package them properly though, so it can take several attempts to get one in good condition...
