Does anybody know how 2 join a group? Everytime i click on join group my screen fades like its been sitting

idle for 2 long, & is the UPC code the barcode #s? if so thn how long does it take fo yo games registration 2

go through?

The game registration should go through straight away, and the product code is the 12-digit number underneath the barcode, for console versions. The registration code for the PC version should be in the box.

What browser are you using and does it happen with all groups?

im using windows xp & yes it happens wit every group, i didn't know if ths was a website thing r my pc, & fo some reason whn i play ths on ps3 my character doesn't update it keeps saying im a lvl 2 female elf mage but im lvl 4 male elf mage, thn whn i delete tht profile on here some how it comes right bck like i never deleted it

That is your operating system (but that probably means you're using Internet Explorer). Does your browser have tabs?

This is a known issue and not a problem on your end.

On an unrelated note, seeing as it's clearly not a case of malfunctioning keys, it will be significantly easier to read your posts if you do not leave out characters.
